The cast seem lovely…too lovely to agree to play the roles of characters who don’t fit the movie’s script 😭😭im genuinely upset that they got good actors and cool people to play in a really bad movie :(

It is not that bad of a movie. I know that they have changed personality of most of the characters but that's a reboot everything does not have to be a full ditto universe.

It’s not an actual bad movie. Your just upset on how they changed it. If you don’t like it no one is forcing you to watch the extras involved with the movie. In my opinion the movie was very well put together and I just think of it as a different universe then the originals.

I don’t like the plot nor the “different universal” character. I watched it because it was monster high. I also watched it to formulate an opinion. It’s great that you like the movie, but don’t come at me for saying my opinion.

The only part that is bad is the way they changed most the characters backgrounds and stuff and their stories other than that it’s alright. If they do another movie I hope they make some changes.

dont watch it a waste of time TBH I really hated the movie. IDC if it's a reboot and that means that it does not have to go with the previous show but the was AWFUL and TRASH. NO CHARACTER development whatsoever. The storyline was BORING. Since when was clawdeen HALF HUMAN. Since when was Draculaura so rude and anti-social she had so much energy but no they basically made her emo. Also, when did she want to practice witchcraft? ALSO since when was Frankie so annoying and smart she was literally so dumb and how is she smart enough to know what pronouns are but not a HIGH FIVE. Since when we Cleo and laguna BEST FRIENDS. Since when did the zombie girl talk she never did but why did they make her. Since when was Cleo mean to them like they were friends and everything but sometime Cleo would be mean. IDC but clawdeen does not wear glasses. Since when was Duce and Cleo not a thing they loved each other but did get in some fights but would get over it. Since when was laguna PINK. Also, when was laguna able to have paruna-like teeth that just made her ugly and unlikable. Since when did clawdeen like duce like that's not it. THIS IS MY OPINION DO COME AFTER ME IDC.

i feel like its garbage (get ready because i really let it all out) because it basically deleted characters that already existed just to make other characters look more special for example the conflict between "clawdeen" 😑being half-human was a situation that already happened with a monster that isn't in the movie so clawdeen would be more special they basically removed everything that made the characters special like lagoonas laid back attitude and love for everything in turn for her being Cleo's minion to help bully other monsters not to mention that once again they couldn't make up their mind do they want clawdeen to be fisty or a shy back of the class kind of girl I could care less about the god awful designs. i feel like this movie would've been so much better if they just made it a second gen monster high movie might as well since they change EVERYTHING about the characters i honestly thought the thing i was gonna hate the most was cleo and deuce breaking up but they proved me wrong

Stand ins! I didn't recognize anyone. The ones we were with were friendly and attractive. Around the same time, Israel was bringing me to "Haunted" movie people like a stand Zeta and that main actress who had been on xfiles as well. Again, Standins. I don't know if this was all a trick because sometimes they seemed to like them a lot.

TBH I Hated the Movie. The movie it was so bad, they changed the characters completely. Clawdeen is not a nerd she is supposed to be a fashionista. Draculaura is supposed to be social, not anti-social. Frankie is supposed to be dumb and not know what pronouns are. I don't care if you hate this comment, it is my opinion.

If you think the movie was good you are not A true monster high fan!!! They had an opportunity to make this thing amazing and they did subpar!! Or a sudden we have a half human only Child wolf!!! Cleo and deuce were supposed to be dating!! Clothing was horrible. Dracula Laura didn’t even have an accent nor was she sweet and made her a jerk in the movie. Sorry the way they made the movie it looked like it was from the 90s. The technology we have and this is the best they could do? 😢

I just adore them! I had friends into it but now I have a 5 year old daughter and we watched the movies together and omg i am absolutely in love with the characters! They all portray them so beautifully. As a grown woman I never thought I’d say this but I feel like I’d fit in better in the monster high world than in reality.

For folks angry about this 3rd Gen live-action film "ruining their nostalgia", you have G1 and G2 to watch on Paramount Plus. Plus, every toy franchise goes through reboots. This is MLP: FiM & Netflix She-Ra and the He-Man reboots arguments all over again.
