People keep saying this version is better because it’s got “more accurate character”. I believe the description they are looking for is that “Eile’s flow of inflection better fits the character and story being told and puts the right levels of emphasis on the key shifts and lyrics.”

Perfect. I was looking for this version, as I find it to be more in character, and more fitting for the intensity of the event

Personally, I think Elie's version is better.

Was the one with these vocals taken down? I used to watch it all the time and now I can't find it. Honestly, I prefer this version. (The other one is still pretty good, though.)

Except I'm pretty sure Kristen Calvin did the singing here... not Eile. That's what it says on Ponyphonic's channel anyway. Edit: I take it back, there are apparently two versions. I personally think that Kristen's is a phenomenal performance as well, and that it has more emotion if not better vocals.
