These kind of videos always make me want to give my best in everything. As a freshman with lots of studies and art hobbies, I've made plenty of dumb decisions in life so far, and it definetely took a toll on my mental and physical health. Even if I should have done it long ago, I'm giving my all to be better. I've set a routine of my own, and making sure I stay healthy to hopefully reach my creative and educational potential. It is insane how people are different from each other. In my case, I try to get up around 6, brush my teeth, use cleanser for my face, and I would start revising what I have studied before for 1- 1 and half hours. Then I eat breakfast, with iced coffee at the end. Then start studying again till I feel sleepy. I try to sleep for 1 hour but sometimes extends to more than that. Then I wake up again, try to study. eat lunch and thus goes on like that and I feel sleepy a lot throughout the day eventhough I had 7-8 hours sleep during the night. my life is messed up. some people really have their life held together.

hey estella! first of all, i hope you're doing great with your family, and i hope you are feeling nice and lovely. I'm in the seventh grade, and I've been watching your videos ever since i was in the 6th grade! you helped me learn so much and you enabled me to be motivated, unleashing an inner me that i didn't know i had. personally, i was always very good at academics (for this first term exams in jan, my report card only consisted of as and a+s), however i was also very unhealthy (including my messed up sleep schedule which is still ongoing: 12:00 p.m -> 5:00 p.m wake up time) and unproductive, and i must admit that i still procrastinate. but your videos have helped me a lot, so thank you so much! also, congratulations on your graduation! God bless you and your family. I'm in the middle of mid term assessments---then in may, i have finals. pls do post videos that will be helpful! i hope you are safe, healthy and reach any goal that you want to achieve in your life. 🥰🥰💗💗

Thank you, the recovery has been wayyy better than I expected! I stopped having any side effects (like dry eye and halo when driving at night) after around 3-4 weeks, so hopefully recovery continues to go so well! 🥰💖
