Last week we introduced The Morrison Project, but we only showed the second floor. Watch for the downstairs walkthrough where we go through the main living space. Something unique about this new construction spec home is we chose to do both a formal living and dining room. This style of which, has really died in the last decade - we're bringing it back!
The kitchen is shaping up to be the heart of the home with plenty of storage and a huge island for all the cooking and entertainment. We're even sneaking in a walk-in pantry for that extra bit of organization.
We're also sprucing up the family room with cool ceiling details and a cozy fireplace, with big slider doors to let in heaps of light. The mudroom is getting a dedicated spot for shoes to tackle the clutter, and we're planning a versatile office space with beautiful bay windows. It's a mix of our favorite elements from past builds with some new, exciting ideas. Can't wait to show you the progress as these plans turn into reality.
