I want the airport close plus I like a suburban life. Airdrie sits well. Quick possession vs from scratch build? Is there any savings between these? For exact same homes?

Great question! So typically with the from scratch builds because it’s further out the builder can offer more incentives like a free basement development in some cases.

We need affordable housing, not brand new individual homes. Ppl can't afford to buy so these houses will sit empty. They need to be building geared to income units, apartment building that are geared to income

I live there midnapore 4 years 1999 to 2002 order shit dump it's nice there but the people I found are weird I came from Vancouver from Surrey BC I found the people are strange like it just different weird it's just weird anyways got out of there quick moved to Stony plain up by Edmonton body acreage brand new house dirt bike track we built in the front yard 94 jumps that's live in the dream Edmonton's way better City quiet nice Calgary to fucked up too expensive The weather is too fucked up plus 30 during the day to -30 in 1 minute maybe 2 minutes fucked up in the winter time -30 to + 20 same time 10 minutes crazy
