The easiest way to get into one piece is by starting off with a starter deck if you're able to find some. If you can find ST-013 Three brothers, that will give you three good leaders to choose from. The ST-14 3D2Y is coming out in August so that will be the next latest starter deck. I would play a starter deck first so you can get a feel for the game before building your own deck with diff leaders. As for the Don!! cards, they act as energy in a way. Every deck has 50 cards, 1 leader card, and 10 Don!! cards. You draw 2 dons every turn from a Don pile (except on the very first turn of the game, in which you draw just 1 don card on to the field). Every card has a cost to play and you rest don (go from active upright state to sideways rested when used). Don!! cards can also be used to power up your characters attack as well during your turn, so it can give +1000 attack power for each don!! card attached to a character. All don!! cards that were either reseted or attached to a character last round go back to the Don!! area at the beginning of your turn, ready to be used again. Hope that helps.
