When you've got that many dangerous animals it's understandable that people will believe anything that the locals who see them daily will say, they just have no idea how to deal with them. This means pranks are both abundant and hilarious.
As a Canadian I feel like there should be some animal in our country we could use like this, but most of our animals are "common" animals or at least animals that have variations all over parts of the world.

You missed the introduction part where they tell that the ape is 59 years old. Chimps may reach an average of 38.7 years while in captivaty. So, reaching 59 years means that she was well treated and her environment wasn't that soulless at all ... More likely that this chimpanzee was or already in her last days and they have isaolated her from the group.
Look at the 59 years old ape at about 1:05 minutes in. It's just a few seconds but it's so beautiful, and unassailably demonstrates the depth of feeling in creatures we used to call "dumb animals" because we were a bunch of"dumb asses." I gulped down a sob of wonder so loud my dog Lola stretched out her paw and patted me. For reals.

The koala reminds me of our Skunk in the farm I work at. Everyone terrified of his big claws but they're blunt and don't hurt at all, voicing their concerns whilst I'm literally holding him in a vest top hahaha
The Monkey clip broke my heart, also my son came home last week and it sounded like the dog said hello, it was so funny. She also coughs when she wants out to the garden, so I do think if dogs could talk they would.

Just in case you didn't know, dog "puzzles" are toys that you put food inside, and then the dog tries and figures out how to get to the food or get the food out. (I dunno if Russell was just pretending to not know for the sake of the joke, but afaik he's always had multiple dogs together, not a single dog that could get bored on its own, so maybe he actually didn't know.)

Not everything he says is pulled out of his ass either though, he plays off of the facts as he knows them, which is why it's an interesting conundrum which side the balance is on in this case. Yes, dogs do have more expression and vocalization when around us! My Husky has learned quite a few ways to tell me what he wants and also understands far too much.. I've often winked at him to say hello when he looks at me, he'll always do it back and sometimes, does it first! If he does it and then i do it back, i get a tail wag! lol

@@markorollo. I wasn't alive in the 80s but I can assure you that nowadays they get treated pretty good. Of course sometimes some are bored when I visit one because they are alone but they most probably will get new partners.

I was going through some bad times awhile go I got kicked out of college and on top of the my ex cheetd on me with my friend who I grew with and I got really depressed .but your video's really helped me they make me laugh and well I just want to say thank you so much your content made me see ther was more to life then I thought and you saved my life so I just really want to say thank you so much .keep up the good work.

1..I am sure that the rescue of fish and dolphins during flooding is of those displaced over what will be dry land once water recedes. 2. But Russell Howard has a real talent for seeing the humour in news stories and how ridiculous it can be reported by wrong choice of words and phrases to give a completely different twist to what is really true.
