@@Game2Laughit’s not gonna be thought through throughly, it’s their first headset and will try to improve on it with people’s input, they’ve always done it for all of their products and the updates they receive, it’ll probably blow you away with improvement they’ll make in 5 years
@@TTVAfluenzaThat's literally a reason to get the quest instead. It has games that apple doesn't have. The vision Pro doesn't even have many games at all.
@@TTVAfluenzaOkay so answer these questions. Does Vision Pro connect to your PC? Can you connect it to SteamVR? Does this headset include controllers? Does Vision Pro support controllers? Does it have any widely considered to be good games? Does Vision Pro support sideloading? Can this headset not cost as a fucking PC, and have less freedom to customize it? Does it need to cost 3500 dollars?
You guys are right, starting with the guy named TV, because he listed why to get the Meta instead of the Apple, and you guys are showing how much better the Meta is than the Apple, and one of the worst parts of the Apple is that it doesn't have the battery built into the device, making it feel like a cheap device because you have to manually plug a large battery the size of a phone via a wire, which seems very outdated, and it only lasts two hours, even though the battery is the size of a phone, yet the battery in my phone is small enough to fit in it, and it lasts so long without charging @@TTVAfluenza
I find it so funny how he buys a 3500 XR headset just to look at his phone with the pass through cameras when he could just run the apps natively on the Vision Pro
@@MarcoBayod_MBYes, but it's dumb because that's not a big deal. He bought the headset, there's no reason to complain for having to simply take off a headset to look at another device.
@@SrProcrastinator trust me, it is a big deal to keep removing the headset to check the phone, but I have notice the phone is readable with the AR, not like in the Quest 2 that is just a white screen
@@SrProcrastinatorbecause when you're doing something on vision Pro by Apple it makes zero sense that you have to take it of to read notifications on your phones every 10 minutes to read notifications one your phone.... BY APPLE My Samsung tablet for 750£ had this feature 4 years ago, it's not like this is anything complicated
@AHandleWasAlreadyTaken Bro is complaining about a guy complaining about him complaining about a guy complaining on the internet... talking about first world problems lol 🤡

Why can I see his eyes, it’s kinda creepy. On another note, shouldn’t all the phone functions be available in the Vision? If so there isn’t really a reason to check your phone.
I fell like this is the epitome of laziness. Like How low have we gotten that we are complaining about using our phone, when you are literally wearing a phone?
its missing some apps that phones have since its a pretty much a mac, and obviously its not a phone on his head, i cant just put on my quest and start doinng stuff i do on my phone
Their entire business moto is leave out critical stuff and add 1 of those items each year to the “new and Improved” version to make sure you have a reason to upgrade.
Vision pro is still good though, give credit to where credit’s do, the tech is simply amazing. If apple priced it like half the price im sure yall would finally accept its an amazing tech.
It's a shitty gen one product you couldn't pay me to use it it's heavy and lags too much it needs a HUGE weight reduction and more software support first @@tecategpt1959
@@tecategpt1959 it's a technological marvel yes but the price is stupid and the marketing was also and if it wasn't so locked into a certain ecosystem then it would of sold so much more cause think of it watching TV or playing a game on a non apple product and just transferring it to the vision pro to enjoy on idk the couch away from it being immursed
@@nanomachin8912 that's the point, Apple is selling a technology, that's just to show the world what they are capable of in terms of spatial computing, if you want to play vr games just buy an oculus rift and leave us alone dude 🤣
@@herrahz5894 The Quest 3 shows it can do AR and games at 1/7th of the price. Apple has a real problem when I wouldn't even buy their headset at the same price as the Quest 3. Worst of all, Apple can't even play VR videos from its browser
It’s literally the 1.01 version of the operating system. I’d bet money they’ll announce something for this at WWDC. At the very least, opticID unlocking your phone while wearing the AVP.
I feel like I should have a system that makes your phone screen part of the screen. Like it looks like your phone but it’s an overlay. (Also why are so many people talking abt the thug shake💀💀)
They scare me on a different level what happens when the battery goes out. oh now you're staring at a black screen while driving yay. And don't get me started people are driving with these face coffins. VR awesome these no. Honestly totally different products compared to the quest. At least the people that are wearing them use them completely differently.
@@AdvYap it really is because if it doesn't recognize it will try again, then you have to put in ur passcode which looks weird since ur viewing it through a camera
Tell the palestinians to give our country back and go back to Saudi arabia and Egypt where they came from, colonizing mfs. Steal our land, oppress us, and destroy our holy monuments for 1400 years and now they're the victims? Turn gaza into a parking lot 🙌
“Perfection or I don’t want it” yeah, I don’t think you’re the type of person who’s going to be buying one of these, so I wouldn’t worry about reviewing it.
i always thought the enemy of the apple ecosystem would be the rise of non-proprietary alternatives, not apple's own incompetence. isn't the ecosystem experience supposed to be their main selling point, the thing that keeps so many people still using their products inspite of however many other gripes they may have. i don't care how they fucked this up, i wanna know why they even let themselves fuck this up!
It’s a Gen. 1 product that’ll for sure come with flaws. Only reason they slapped that price tag on it unapologetically? Apple knew you’d buy anything Apple, especially if 4 tiny wheels, they priced at $700+ sold out before released.
The first edition.... That has no purpose. The first edition that's 3,500 dollars. The first edition thats just an inconvenience with no good features. With this performance, it should be the last edition.
@@xxpiexx3366 90% of the people who are complaining about the price are not developers with the budget for it, which is the target Audience. Like apple said it’s $3,500 because it’s not even set for mass production their literally created upon ordering later versions will be cheaper but you have to e to remember apple is a luxury tech brand
It’s a fking 3500$ product from Apple. Not being able to screenshare is insanity. It can mirror a MacBook, why can’t they do it for the phone too? This is absolutely deserved criticism, cuz that’s actual trash. It’s more like getting new and more expensive glasses only to notice you actually see less now. And that’s worth complaining about.
@@alexsyn2531It’s call a promotion. They are promoting their MacBooks l to get more people to buy one as a combo with their vision pro. Apple is all about making money. 💵
I don't think people understand it's like brand new how are you gonna expect it to have all the features you think it will have, they need to get some time to make software updates.
Crazy solution : take the headset off CRAZIER SOLUTION : Sell your Apple Vision Pro Facts : people these days carry pieces of technology that are smarter and have more emotions than themselves
You know if Apple actually just introduced a fingerprint sensor on the screen like pretty much everyone else is doing having your face blocked wouldn't be a problem and you could still have it it would just be an extra feature but you're funny if you think Apple is going to add an extra feature
@zafewaterbois5872 clearly it's not if it doesn't work with the vision pro on. Fingerprint it superior because you can use it whenever even if your head is blocked.
@@bailey2517 clearly it doesnt work when ur face is blocked, yeah i can say the same about fingerprint, if your fingers are dirty its gonna have a hard time or it might not even work
@@zafewaterbois5872 chances are if you're going to be using your phone your hands are going to be clean and it doesn't matter It's good to have more options something Apple is not usually known for
@@zafewaterbois5872 finger print will still work if your fingers are dirty. it wont work if you have gloves on obviously because it just uses your finger print. further more with face ID your phone is less secure because a person can just unlock your phone while your sleeping but with finger print they have to touch you and figure out which finger you bounded the phone too, potentially waking you up. (shitty example, i know but it was put there to show the flaws of face ID)
3500$ : Apple Vision Pro 3500$ : iPhone 15 512GB,iPad Pro 12.9, Apple Pencil 2nd gen, AirPods Pro, Apple Watch Ultra 2 I’m taking 2nd option, which one you taking??
I'm taking the $1,700 PC with rtx 3070 and the $300 quest 2 with a $12 link cable and $150 for both mouse and keyboard amounting tooo $2162 that leaves me with $1338 to spare.
An interesting idea i just had is: what if they made the phone screen display something entirely different when you unlock it with the vision pro, and use that for tracking, and then just mirror the screen onto the phone
Good point. But I’m speaking from a doing an IT major currently, technology is changing. Think about what the next vision is for tech. It’s not profitable to adapt wearables to handsets now. In the next 10 years everything will be wearables or smaller tech. Overall mobile sets are declining to the general public.
I’m probably going to make $500-$1M this year and I’m terrified of buying a home. The prices are still out of this world here in Las Vegas. Having owned two homes in the past, I also know the maintenance costs and general pain in the ass that home ownership entails. But despite that and high interest rates, the real reason I’m avoiding homes is still that prices are just ridiculously too high. I’m waiting until they come back to earth.
I feel like they should have a feature where when you're looking at your iphone, the screen is automatically casted over your real phone in the headset. That would be super cool. When you look at your phone it's like your looking at your phone but your iphone screen is really being casted over your phone irl
it would be interesting if you could pair the iPhone to your AVP and view a mirror of what is on your iPhone without having to turn on the screen on the iPhone.. keeping a more private and secure way of viewing your iPhone screen and preserving battery on your iPhone (the iPhone screen is the biggest energy draw on the iPhone
I feel like it should show a digital version of your phone in there… and also pair with the goggles to open when you’re using them by scanning your eyes
100% agree! They've released it half-baked and for this price, now they'd better go in and quickly fix all these things that are lacking through software updates. It'll be fine but they'd better do it before people get too frustrated or before launching it in the rest of the world.
I can just about use my phone on psvr2 through cameras, its black/white in that mode but can look phone, do text quick if i dont want to take headset off, it does shoot laser beams at me when trying to find my face for face id tho
