Really nice chin up bar system. I could do 25 at a time both forward and backward grip. in my day lol. I used to workout with inversion boots also.. super effective but really intense. You know to start off slow with all workouts. The main thing is to make it fun for all involved and don't get discouraged. And your Dearly Darling has the most beautiful smile.
