Amazing! I’ve surfed for more than 50 years and this hydrofoil thing is the most revolutionary thing I’ve ever seen. Love to give it a go but I’m guessing my old body couldn’t handle the intensity. Thanks for sharing.

Im 49 and have just started wing foiling with a long term goal of getting into prone foiling. Never too old brother just have to persevere cause foiling isnt easy but damn rewarding. Hope that you are 4 months into your foiling journey by the time you read this message

Mesmerizing to watch ! especially because not only do i love foiling but spent many years living in the goldie but never learned about Foiling until I returned to Canada. Now I sell the things and cloud9 foils are in our favs (f42 for dock starts). Thank you for the effort in producing such a siiic vid!!

Just some constructive suggestions that I believe would make your videos much stronger... You should consider wearing bright colors for your outfit... And your foil should be exciting colors and graphics!!! I say this because you become muted against the ocean in your greys and blacks... I /we come here to watch your skill and the magical foil you are riding with such masterful skill and huge talent!!! Some ideas... God Bless!!! †
@@misterbennetts Ive been looking for literature on how to choose length and volume of a board based on weight and it seems hard to find online...I'm about 200cm and 105kg. Looking to get the smallest board I can and still be able to get into waves--and then use my long ass legs to pump and carve! DO you know how I would pick a board size? Is there a chart somewhere?
@@NationFirstGreenville22 generally to start with, you want to ride a board that is about 1-3L more in volume than your shortboard. If you’re 6’6”, you’d prob want a 4’10-5’0 just because you wouldn’t really fit on a shorter board. JS have just released my model and the 4’10 is 45L which would be pretty good for your weight I reckon. The 5’0 is 50L which will have heaps of paddle power.
