Clannad gave me a new perspective on life and what it means to love someone. It's been nearly 13 years since I first watched it, and I am glad I did. It came at a time when I was uncertain about my future, what I wanted to do with life, and what I wanted out of a relationship. I needed guidance. Yeah, the first season takes place in high school and it's mostly quite silly, but that's life at that age. Afterstory, however... Now that is a kind of life I fear to experience. Tell your loved ones that you love them sometimes, kay?
Kyoto Animation has returned and is slowly recovering from the past wound. They made a new anime recent year. Kyoto Animation traditionally seems to prioritise quality over quantity and doesn't burden their animators with much work even in the past before the incident. So, it makes sense if it is hard to find a new anime made by Kyoto Animation. At most 1 per year. Ofc, that is not to be worried. Since KyoAni paid their employee not based on how many drawing like other studios, but are paid based on salaries which would be stable income to keep a living. KyoAni seems to own their own animation school. Rather than employing freelancers, they train the next generation of animators to work for them. That maybe is the reason their art style remains consistent, it is always almost the same animators work in every project.
