In this vlog we're exploring Wadi Disah, a relatively unknown place in Saudi Arabia that turned out to be one of my favorites!

Hey Doug great video as always! The gentleman at 13:30 was saying that this road used to be a dangerous place for travelers and in war times because it is the only way through the wadi, so they would get ambushed from up top by bandits/enemies during battles.

I must say, it is segments, such as this, that represent, at least for me a High Point in your travel through Saudi Arabia. Amusement parks are cute, but you can never duplicate the unique Wadi experience you shared with us.. thank you! Also, it’s about time someone came up with a app that allowed you to do your own private recommendations and get a commission. Come to the Al-Baha area, specifically Raghadan Forest and Prince Hussam Park. You will really enjoy the very cold weather here, and the fog all the time obscures the view. There are also some adventures in the Raghadan Forest, such as free sliding and a suspension bridge.😶‍🌫️..

My brother in law lives in Saudi right now; he works in the embassy. He just posted a bunch of pictures of this in the family chat. So naturally I had to look into this. It's so pretty. (Ha! He's also been posted in Baku before). Note to self: wear sneakers in the desert.

Waaaaaw funny that I live my whole life here but never been in Wadi Disah before but I went to Yosemite national park and Yosemite Valley in California😅🤣 different landscapes and geography but similar breathtaking views, I should visit it. Thanks Doug for the vlog.
