BONJOUR THEO ! In JUILLET 1984, when I visited PARIS with a student tour, they asked us to make a CHOICE: Between an afternoon at "LE LOUVRE" or an afternoon "LES GALERIES LAFAYETTE" ! Guess which one I chose !?? 🤣 I bought a new perfume brand there for ma mère by Yves Saint Laurent called "PARIS" that had come out in Decembre 1983 !! She loved it ! ♥♥♥♥

Many years ago I discovered the roof top and have brought all my family since as of course it's free! I love the decorations inside at Xmas time, they change each year. Getting about Paris might be a good series of videos; how to buy a metro ticket or a Navigo Easy Pass and add tickets; what is a Mobilis ticket; how to take the bus etc also to let tourists know that a simple metro ticket (aka t+ ticket) can be used on the funicular up to Sacré Coeur. Great video as usual!

I love going to Galleries Lafayette when I'm in Paris, although I didn't go on this last trip. I like to eat upstairs and take in the views from the top floor. There is also a good souvenir shop in the store.

I adore the Galeries Lafyette. I always go there every time i visit Paris but yet t try the rooftop. Last time I was there my french friend David and I met the artist Ai Wei Wei who was exhibiting there

Yes, my wife and I have visited the Galeries Lafayette, many years ago. A nice and iconic place. We had lunch at the cafe on the Lafayette Cafe. If I recall correctly, in an Lafayette annex in the basement, there is a food market that we used to buy dinner for one of our nights. I also bought some really good cheese to bring back to Japan. Love watching you and Gabrielle in videos.

I agree with Gabrielle, you need to find a good bubble tea place. I've been to a couple of good ones in Paris. The Galeries Lafayette is amazing. I love visiting in the summer; when its wintertime, the Christmas decorations there are spectacular!

I visited in January. But we were not aware that you could go to the roof. Also being Indian first time in Paris, I was so so cold. I hope to visit again when it is less cold.

We hopped of our tour of the city there. We had a great time wandering through, and the walked back to our hotel.

I got into the Fragrance world because of a guy named "Jeremy Fragrance" since pandemic, found one of his vid and i was like damn i never seen someone that crazy about fragrances...i bought my 1st imported fragrance cost me like 50 USD (which is only 20 in retail , crazy inflation). Please more of this fashion world , Theo ! 👕
