Amazing build man. I invested into Viessa early b/c of ur vids and just started crafting ult viessa yesterday so this is perfect timing. Love her since you can be elite at both mobbing and bossing while playing fast.
I'm glad someone else has picked up on this mod. I've been running it for over a week now (I got it farming for something else lol) and it's insanely fun.
Let's go you got the mod! 100% agree with hypothermia being better for bosses, yet I have to say this build is so much fun especially for general play.
YAY ! thank you for doing this. been playing around with cold-bloodedness for a bit now. i prefer mobbing with cold-bloodedness and bossing with hypothermia though, exception being speeding through normal dungeons for blair parts recently using hypo so i get speed buff from ability.
Mannn after sooooo many hours farming for cold snap watch and antifreeze with no luck at all I got 3 of the cold bloodedness lol didn’t know it could be this good/fun lol. Good video bro 💪🏾🤙🏾💯
Thanks a lot for the video, your build is almost completely identical to mine just that I went for some survivability. And thanks a bunch for the info on the external component set / the tornado cooldown cap. Didnt know that. Cheers brother!
I like your goofy presentation and in-depth comments. Makes me pay attention strangely enough. Viessa is very strong indeed, even if you don't go all out with a well thought through build like yours, and just focus on skill damage and range with somewhat minimal investment, she will carry hard, damage is very high and consistent and cc trivializes certain encounters, not all ofc and not colossus.
If u put crystallization on ur long distance maneuvering u get up to 81/81 Module Capacity, but that would require u to lv 2 more times to 40, then u could put a 16 (8) point into that empty slot
i LOVE every guide on this game is just the same guide the creator posted 4 days earlier but they were completely wrong (they want ur clicks and stole the idea from someone else, thanks for bring it to my attention again guys :3)
Nice build, i run the same built with expansion for double radius. I have a reactor with cooldown reduction to bring my cd to 6 seconds. I use mp collector also and have 1 slot left.
I have a feeling all the characters are supposed to get this strong, that's like the whole point of the game, is to grind to get strong, so I better see results lol
The gley module swap method is getting patched soon per their most recent notes. As it is not something the dev team wants to be a strategy in game. So that one is irrelevant
The gley one shot doesn't work 100% as it is depended on a crit. Those clips are from more than one attempts to get the crit off. The actual playstyle is shit and useless in most case.
you can catalyst your sub power module slot for 5 more module socket power if you didn't know, obviously the last mod slot to upgrade on your character as its only 5 points lol
People seem to be saying now that Hypothermia should be kicked to the curb and Cold-Blooded is superior for bossing and adds. However without a proper build I'm finding Hypothermia better. Tried Cold-Blooded and I don't like it but it probably requires a proper build.
I love the fact that it doesn't need the Ultimate Version. She is kinda my Bossing Queen anyways, just killed Hard Exec with her, barely but she deserves the buff especially that i pretty much have nothing on her Crystalization wise, yet i still beat that boss. 😂 So i guess i will invest in her. I wanted to do Gley but she would need new gun too and my ThunderCage is 370K now. . I invested everything into that and Bunny.. So it's also good that this build works with ThunderCage 😅
I'd recommend putting MP Collector in infil and general mob clearing. with this build you run out of MP so fast since you spam everything every second. Also you don't need skill extension (use reactor for plus duration just for more 1 tick. I find range a lot more useful since with enough range, you can cast it behind a pillar and hit w/e behind it. Very good in infiltration when those infil bosses can 2 shot you from full hp. so you just hide behind a box and hit them from the oppsite side
Hey, thanks for the video. What do you think about using skill extension and expansion both for the flex slot that you didn't have any mod in? Are we losing too much skill power that way?
Have you looked at the mod Dangerous Ambush? I was tweaking your build for something else and I was testing the mod and it's ridiculous It's 50% free skill power, because the game considers frostbite as "immobilized", and the damage applies AFTER the debuff, so the condition is always met without doing anything really
Not sure why you wondered why they put "Skill Power Modifier" in the game (this includes Tech Skill Power Modifier).. You explained it just a moment before, it is a large buff to things with small base modifiers. While "Skill Power" is obviously better for things with large base modifiers. Yes, if you say have a 1000% base and have a +50% Skill Power Modifier, you only go to 1050%. That would be a waste. But if you had say a base of 25% and add that +50% Skill Power Modifier, you now get 75%, which is triple the output from before. Very worth it. So it's more that it is in the game so that you can make different builds with different characters. Not every character has an insane high base skill power and all characters share the same modules. So they're just covering their bases for any build.
I was amazed with the build but then you started shooting with the thundercage. I'm going for a similar build, but I'm not going that deep into CDR that i sacrifice MP. Also... How are you getting the thundercage to proc it's perk on hit and not on kill?? Or is the enemy technically dying with each hit.
What transcendent mod do you recommend for general gameplay like missions and farming mobs? Would hypothermia work or are these 2 pretty much strictly boss dmg type deal? Great vid as always!
I love this build man, I saw the comment of the guy the other day saying there is infinite uptime and instantly started building towards it. I have the exact same build in the vid (except reactor) but i don't hit the same damage numbers in the lab.. is the enemy level 1 or 100?
I got way early and been using it on ult viessa and love using it for the cdr and i just use a few different mods for bosses but still have cold bloodedness
OH, also want to add (after coming back again to compare build setups to decide on how I want to make my builds, if they are different or not...) On Clairvoyance, you do need charge time up on both substat roll and modules to make the application of the debuff better. Note that it offers a -20% Shill RES shred at lvl 2 and another -20% at lvl 3. These stack to -40% Chill RES shred. And that's just the base of the gun. Another redditor pointed out to me in a reply that this increases to -40% at both levels. Meaning this ultimate beam rifle can shred away -80% Chill RES, which could be amazing. If you could get this up quickly when you get your blizzard going would be nice for a start. But think of how much greater it will get if you have more Viessa's (or other new chill descendants when they add them). Since it is a debuff on the enemy and thus helping all other Chill users. On top of that, the slow it can inflict on enemies (not to noticeable on colossi), such as the elites and bosses of dungeons, slows them to such a crawl that even the fastest enemies look frozen in time. Not only is that funny, but if especially playing in a group, it is great as it is a way to lock any enemy in the game in place. Don't forget to add larger magazine sizes so that you can hold the beam longer too. HOWEVER, as fun as Clairvoyance is, there is a better option for Viessa. NO, it is not the Thunder Cage or the Tamer upgrade that is the Enduring Legacy. No, because Viessa doesn't even need to touch her gun, I suggest the Blue Beetle. You will not really be using the 2nd part of it's ability, that requires Singular skill casts to cleans debuffs off onself (unless using Hypothermia that turns all her skills into Singular, including her passive, or using Absolute Zero, which turns her first 3 skills into Singular, but leaves her 4th (blizzard) and Passive as Tech). Instead, you will be using its initial ability. On casting a Fusion Skill, the Blue Beetle will grant a 10s buff of +30% (base) Critical Hit Rate increase. This is essentially a 100% uptime on Viessa and is a very nice +4.5% increase to her Crit Rate (as her base is 15%). It is an odd buff, as tested by others with a Bunny, who has a 10% base Crit Rate and with mods and reactor substats, had her at 30.77%. 30% of that base 10% is 3% and that is exactly what it increased to, 33.77%. Odd that it Blue Beetle's buff isn't affected in any way by any crit modifiers one may have on them, from set bonuses, mods or substats on reactors, but oh well.... An extra 4.5% crit rate is very nice for more consistancy in those big numbers when you're not even using the gun for anything else other than the reactor. Say you did want to shoot with it, a fully kitted (crystalized) Blue Beetle will hit (very consistantly with it's good stats) for 400k per shot on weakpoint crits. The weapon itself has 100 (perfect) accuracy, a scope and can fire from the hip reliably when not scoped because of said accuracy. High fire rate too for being a scout rifle, makes it a great all around gun to have. It also looks really cool. Really recommend Blue Beetle for both Viessa and Bunny (Bunny taking advantage of an albeit smaller crit rate buff, but also the constant cleansing of debuffs is nice when doing a full skill focused bunny build, Viessa of course because Cold-Bloodedness builds tend to be pure casters with their insane CD's they've built around).
what about blue beetle for more skill crit? even without it you can get to 50+% skill crit on viessa easily. unfortunately cant get any info on the upgraded ultimate ability of blue beetle. does it go higher than 10%?
You could put a catalyst on your grappling hook slot to get 5 more points, but do you want to at this point lol how many times have you leveled Viessa...
What is the advantage of having 200 percent critical rate vs 100 percent......cause that seems like its wasted capacity points after you get to 100 percent crit rate.
si tu tasa critica es de 10% base, al sumar el 100% de esa base tendrías un total de 20%, tener 200% en modulos te hacen un total de 30% de tasa critica.
Out here throwing snowballs that hit like a truck😆 Coldblooded just dropped for me the other day and I had no idea, so I'll definitely put this to good use
Wouldnt that be a prime slot for whatever mana recovery ? Iam always running out of mana when fighting colossi. Punny drops from adds are simply not enough.
Thisbis the build i had in mind since i started the game lol. Taking forever as a free to olay player but i shall overcome lmao!! Looking forward to singing let it go as i ice these bitches hahaha. Great vid
@@IDeVaste Me ? no , 9k hp actually, and 34k Def. I trade dps for survivability any day , i prioritize quality of life over min maxing but that's just me. Beside you need Viessa like me to Revive Viessa like you ! Dead player ain't Dps'in , now we can't have that can we ?.
Videos like these are very helpful, for those who have played long enough to acquire mods, that you are using , that I don't have. Very, very frustrating.
Having a hard time deciding to go for this or hypothermia, playing her as a mage seems fun but not having the speed seems like a huge trade off. Which one would you say is the better ALL AROUND build?
@@angelus877 hypothermia probably, i also really like the speed for clearing content. Anyway on this game you are 90% spending your time on clearing content over Bossing.
@@IDeVaste yeah but everything but bosses die instantly so the dot never does anything, is the sphere one better then maybe ? Cuz like atm everything literally dies in 1 sec cuz of 1M dmg on everything.
Nice build, but can you tell me where to get the mod skill simplification cause in my game this mod is not showed in the infos ... If you have the location it can be appreciate, thx :)
Since this man brings content about viessa i am interested in playing her I am farming her ultimate version but i dont care if she is not better then the normal one But that one thing i need help with is where can i farm this catalyst materials for my character and weapons and the shards for my moduls Meow🐱
Shard for moduls usually on Hard Sterile Land -- Anticipated ambush point. Use Bunny for fast clear, and usually people gather there to farm shards anyway. Craft Enzo as fast as you can, because from ambush point mission usually give code breaker. If you not using Enzo, Chest timer so fast + area too narrow, and code breaker is used whether you success or fail opening chest. Purple chest is 70K shard + chance for Enzo red mod (if you use Enzo to open Chest). You need to open chest anyway for crystal + energy activator ingredient. Farm and Craft Sharen for outpost material while getting amorph too (25% chance another amorph drop on successful infiltration).
Hey man, was looking at your video again and something bugged me out, what's the point of 200% critical hit rate ? Won't every hit be a crit already with 100% ? If not and you already explained it, my bad i missed the info ^^
Crit doesn't work like that. Like weapons you have a 20% base crit and he added 207% so it's 20%*207% resulting in a 41.4% crit rate. Not including other buffs or bonus he probably have.
I imagine its because hes in the training room with a low level enemy with invulnerability on. Each of his shots would kill the enemy if it wasn't invulnerable, which is triggering the effect.
Sadly, no. But if you feel rich, you can maximize it usage. For example, fully mod ordinary Viessa for mobbing and general gameplay. Then change to ultimate Viessa for bossing build. Me ? I'll wait till i can craft ultimate Viessa to fully mod it. Energy activator so rare (6% from some amorph + days of crafting time), not to mention Crystalist (20% base + ingredient + 8 hour crafting time).
Because I like both builds, and ultimate viessa and normal viessa have same damage, no difference. Since the other build on ultimate viessa has different Symbols i didnt want to overwrite them. I prefer Hypothermia build for general use
To clarify, are you saying you prefer this build for bossing? Even though in the video you mention is mostly likely not going to be able to be pulled off due to skills ceiling and bosses moving?
