The Most challenging Instrument Approach in the US (VOR/DME Z RWY 15 to KMTN) 

Holy Cow! That is a lot of work. I'll remember not to fly there:) Going to practice that one on the sim seems like a very good approach to sharpen the DME skills. Never got to fly a DME arc when i did my training 20 years ago. Thanks for the great video and sharing with us.

Very interesting. I did my initial pilot training at Gaithersburg MD (GAI) and familiar with the area. I thankfully did not ever need to execute this approach, but I knew it was there!

This approach in my opinion is not difficult. However planning is key.
