Preserve it if you’re at a stop light neutral and release the clutch if you’re in heavy stop go traffic wait til there’s 2 cars lengths ahead to start moving. Don’t rev past 2k when releasing the clutch it will prevent it from getting hot and damaging it, you probably already know but if I could help anyone scrolling through comments that’s awesome there’s other stuff you can do as well but people prolly already do it so no sense in commenting it

@@bands3061 as far as i know pressing in the clutch only wears the release bearing over time... don't dump the clutch on shifts and try to rev match as best you can.

And yes you’re right dropping the clutch when shifting can send shock through the drive train and everything probably worse in my opinion than overheating it by constant stop go

Haha exactly. Cars look a lot cheaper over there. I'm from the Netherlands and also am already proud of buying a peugeot 206 for 2000/3000 euro's at 17.. can't imagine buying a camaro between now and the next 15 years..

If you go through his vids u can see he reinforced his back end on E46 probably did the same on this E36 he ahs a welded diff and probably stronger (thicker) rear axles...

@@lukagolob4755 the only option i know to have stronger outer cv joints is to go with m3 axles but they fit only into m3 knuckle but i didnt remember he said anything about m3 axles and knuckles in other vids. Other very unpopular option is to use e34 axles via special custom made adapters, pretty popular solution on e30s and compacts (318ti), but there are very few of those who go with this option on regular e36. Summing all this up i believe he rides stock 328i axles but im pretty surprised he doesnt break them for a breakfast :)
