All the dresses were pretty, but that first red gown was incredibly beautiful and perfect for the bride's coloring.

I am so glad say yes to the dress India is represented here. That green dress was everything. It's made by an Indian designer too.

I’m so glad in my country Indonesia, our traditional bridal dresses/what we usually called Kebaya can definitely any colour! We usually pick the colour by our preference or theme.

If brides want color, I'm all for it. If they'd add a matching veil it would make them bridal. You could wear jeans & a Tshirt and adding a veil instantly says bride to me. It's about how they feel & not about what anyone else says or thinks.

That bride with the pink dress looked stunning with that veil on. I think it added a little extra and complimented the dress soooo well. I’m not going to lie I really do think that pink dress is stunning, but I feel that without that veil it looked a little like a prom dress.

The last one, the green, was by far the most interesting in terms of color and style, so glamorous. But the shiny pink at Atlanta looked like fireworks at New Years day, it was really cute 🥰

we all joke about the veil changing people's views on a dress but I feel like that's really what distinguishes wedding wear from formal wear, other than traditional colors, so a veil really does complete the image (especially in non-traditional wedding dresses)

I think the veil and the accessories made that pink dress look stunning; it made her look like a Greek goddess. Without them it was still nice, but the veil and accessories pulled it together and made her look like a bride.

Many parents don't consider dresses of colour as bridal. For them, only white dresses are bridal. It's good that some brides of today's generation are changing that tradition of wearing a white dress for the wedding.

Finally colours yayyayayay✊✊✊ I don't like all that standard dresses in standard colours over decades in white, champagne or ivory... My husband is from Senegal, West Africa, and luckily most africans love colours 😅😅😅 I am married the third time and after all that drama, trouble, fighting where the kids will live etc I found my diamond geezer 💖💖💖💖💖 He is 20 years younger but this was never a problem for us, only for the others... We married in 2006 and we had a simple wedding only with my children, my parents, some relatives and some friends. Sadly at this time nobody of my husbands family could come cause of the visas and all that stuff... But we decided to renew our vows on our 15 th wedding anniversary but this time we will do it in Africa... All my life I want to marry in a princess gown with much Bling Bling, decoration, lace etc in my favourite colour purple 😍😍😍 My husband said I don't need all that stuff cause I am his princess for lifetime and I could marry him in a mail bag he wouldn't mind that... This man is the best person I ever met he is the diamond in the sand desert... 😍😍😍 And I started my search for my dream dress... Not easy cause at that time I wear size 26 W and I only accept a purple dress... After almost three months I found a dress... It wasn't a 100 % match but I could imagine that this would be the dress but with some changes... Honestly I must say I found this dress online in a big chinese platform and I had doubts in the beginning.... I sent them all requested meassurements, made photos of my wedding shoes, the jewelry I would wear and my gorgeous Tiara... The original dress was in light purple what I don't like and in Organza... I asked them if they could make the dress in purple Satin and yes - they could 😅✊😍 I have many tattoos and rose red hair at this time... They asked for photos from myself and my husband too... All the original decoration of the dress was silver but I asked them if they could make it in different shades of purple and a little bit Rose/rose red... And again - they could... This dress is all I ever dreamt of and it is no 100 % perfect - no it is 1000 % perfect ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ The day it arrived here was so so so exciting and I couldn't wait to take it on... I did this in my daughters house cause my husband should see it the first time when I will walk through the aisle... It wasn't that easy to put it on with six layers of Satin and the other materials and taking care of all the decoration and lace but my daughter and I made it ✊✊✊ When everything was in place including a real big and puffy hoop the moment came to turn around... My daughter and my both grandchilds stood there with a open mouth they couldn't talk and we all four were crying... This moment was magic... I felt like a mixture of princess and fairy... My youngest grandchild was speechless for a while, a very rare moment 😎, but then she came over and said grandpa must be the happiest man on earth cause he don't get only a princess - no - he is getting a godess.... This girl is my everything from day one and everybody says something went wrong cause she is my baby... I was wondering why the tailors asked me for a photo of my husband... Then I knew why... They made him a tie and additional a bow tie from the purple Satin and decorate it with the same material they used for my dress - only restrained 😎 What could I say - to renew our vows was a wish from both sides cause we had to fight a lot but this brought us more and more closer and our bond is inseparable and we would marry each other again every day... My african family went nuts cause they never saw a dress like mine and they were so excited and happy... It was like a festival and later my parents in law had prepared a speech... They said they were so sad when my husband left Africa and they don't know many things about Germany... They were afraid that he get lost cause everything was new, he don't speak the language, he would be homesick and and and... But when they met me the first time they saw that I really love my husband to the moon and back and that I support him in every Situation and that they didn't lost him but got a second daughter... So the dress wasn't only my dream dress it will always remind me to those wonderful days and I have the best husband in the world and a wonderful african family and I am very very grateful with my 60 years that my life turned from chaos into a wonderful love story and I don't want to miss my husband for one second...

I feel like with colourful dresses the veil really is what makes it bridal and not just gala dress. They always put veils on brides to convince the entourage a dress is bridal when it's a normal wedding dress, now is when they actually should!
