It depends on the purpose, size, what you're carrying, and ultimately preference! In general, we always suggest air mesh padding because it's by far the most comfortable :)
Subbed: I so love this channel, great work. Now I know about Breathable Mesh (I am a newbie.). In the last vid, I learned about the sternum strap. I had gone to Washington DC, Georgetown with a slim backpack, without a sternum strap. Oh my after two hours of walking my shoulders were aching. So I purchased sternum straps and WOW, I was able to enjoy Georgetown to its fullest! Thank you so much!
