O yeah it can fast. I’m pretty sure that’s why no one fishes that area much. One minute it’s flat calm the next you have a wave sending you for a ride 😂. Thanks for watching.
One , get a trolley line please , if you are going to anchor in those conditions , at least be able to put ya bow or stern into the coming waves so you do not get rolled. Two , head needs to be on a swivel , I saw several waves almost roll you and you never saw them coming. Good catches though.
Thanks. Yea I’ve got to get that anchor trolley. I’m limited with a anchor point. That’s a great spot You can almost catch every cast and it was fantastic when it opened again. But it definitely gets rough. There’s a rock. I’m sitting over I can see. It’s like 10 feet down at low tide. Fantastic tog fishing but you feel like you’re in a washing machine. Thanks again
Thanks so much man! I am from PEI, Canada. Mainly been trawling the rivers here. Haven't done much in the ocean to this day. I should be trying more there.
Tube and worm. The key is definitely to keep it as low as possible. That’s hard without a line counter and keeping exact speed. I find sometimes just stopping for a few seconds to let the tube drop back down. But other times I’ll come across a big jump from 30’ to like 15 and my tube doesn’t flinch. Meaning I’m only running it like 10 feet down. It’s a constant fishing method. It’s not throw it out and pedal. But I find you always catch something. Caught a lot of keepers doing this. Stripers. And I don’t care what anyone says. One of the best tasting fish in my opinion.
😂. I have a Grady white but this one’s cheaper on gas. Thanks for watching. My Grady’s in my other videos. I love it. And be back on it for the fall run.
