As shared by another, the knife fits in boot. It is a shame he cannot hold it properly. I think the jet pack is new. It has holes in the jets to put the flame effects from Return of Jedi Boba Fett.

Great review! I recently picked mine up and agree with you on all points. I wish I had that two-pack to get my hands of the Beskar spear as well, but hey, it shouldn’t be too hard to mock one up. I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts on what the ten or fifteen best Black Series figures currently are. There’s been an explosion of really good ones just these past 12-18 months, but I think this Mando figure would still definitely be on it!

This isn’t a repackage from the three pack this is a completely new sculpt. Including his jet pack and pistol which has wood grain grips now, and with the hole above the jetpack ports has been on all the mando releases it used to store his rifle. There is another release of this new sculpt without the jetpack and opts out for the old plastic cape instead of the soft goods.
I ended up getting the mando from season 3. Came with knife and hard cape. Same figure no jet pack or soft goods cape and came with updated pistol too. Nice review.
I was able to get this figure at the first I thought my version had a mistake which is boot and I when I put the knife in it just bends. However I was able to twist the knee joint the right way around to the right side and I was able to put the knife in properly and it works.
Technically it's a retool. They used the death watch mandalorian/axe woves body, and heavily retooled the limbs and added overlays. It's probably mostly new due to the arms and legs but a reused body sits below those overlays
yeah, I realized that after re-watching my review... it's a new mold... my bad for missing that... now I know why this figure is being scalped and hoarded like crazy!!! out here he's going for usd$55 on the secondary markets... can you believe it?!
@@chefatron Sadly, I can believe it. My local collector shop has one on the shelf marked up to $50. I got lucky and just ordered mine on BBTS because they restocked. It was sold out again in a few minutes. But I got one.
There is another mandalorian figure coming out this year. It’s the one from the season 3 of the mandalorian and there is two disappointing about the figure is one he doesn’t come with his jetpack and two the biggest one is that hasbro has decided to use the plastic cape again. And I have no idea why did they do that but Mabye my theory is that din djarin took his cape off in the second episode of the mandalorian season 3. So I do hope hasbro will use the soft cape again in the future if they make another mandalorian figure from the third season.
oh I've seen that figure... that's the Mines of Mandalore Din Djarin which sadly goes back to the plastic cape... don't bother with that version of Din Djarin because that's just hasbro trying to make a buck by recycling their products...
