NICE!! And not too hard to do. I've never seen it made this way, with adding the chicken with everything else to cook. I always did it by boiling the chicken first, alone. It was ALWAYS tough in the soup. THANK YOU!!
Thank you, I did it and it was delicious, I just substituted the chilli for curcuma because I have little children, it also adds flavour and color. All the family ate it gladly. I'm also new to cooking and recently added a new ingredient to work with, which is mushrooms. Hi Lisa, a lot of my recipes are gluten-free. If you avoid processed ingredients it's actually super easy to avoid gluten. The majority of grains do not contain gluten. All types of rice and quinoa are gluten free and you can buy gluten-free oats which are processed far away from wheat so there is no cross-contamination. Other naturally gluten-free carbohydrates are all root vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, rutabaga etc. When using processed ingredients that's when you have to look at labels. Soy sauce for example tends to contain gluten but Tamari is a great alternative without gluten.
