Super easy and delicious coffee dessert, just mix everything together! Gluten free, no cream, no gelatine and no cream cheese. Incredibly easy to make and no baking required. Anyone can make it!
Ingredients:
45g (1/4 cup) cornstarch
500ml (2 cups) milk
50g (1/4 cup) sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp instant coffee
50g (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
2 tsp coffee
2 tbsp boiling hot water
2 tbsp sugar
Decorate with chopped dark chocolate (optional)
