Baking dish: 20 cm.
Ingredients:
Dough
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 grams of sugar (1/4 cup)
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 80 grams of melted butter
- 190 grams of flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Filling
- 2 egg whites
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 400 grams of yogurt (1+2/3 cups)
- 50 grams flour (1/3 cup)
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 45 minutes.
That's all! The resulting cookies with raspberries and almonds will be fragrant, sweet and tender. This recipe is unique in that it combines unusual ingredients yet is readily available in stores. Bon appetit!
