The fact that gay marriage was only legalized 6 YEARS AGO still blows my mind. Yea the lgbtq have come a long way and achieved a lot for their rights but the US still has a long way to go especially when there are people in power STILL trying to take away lgbtq rights. I also hate that my existence as a bi Hispanic woman is political but I hope to see the day when it is no longer considered political.

Also a woman here, and I'm anti porn for ethical/industry-related reasons and so is my partner who is a straight guy. I'm also extremely sex positive and kink positive and I'm active in kink communities. Honestly it's perfectly fine for other women to not want partners who watch porn, just like any other relationship boundary it needs to be openly communicated and consented to by both parties. The real issue is shaming and finger pointing when someone doesn't adhere to the same lifestyle. I'd liken it to being similar to being a vegan - the choice is fine and reasonable advocacy is fine, but browbeating and proselytizing is not.

Hi Ethan, I love your videos! I just wanted to say that I’m proud of you for mentioning that you are bisexual. It makes me so happy to see people casually mention their sexuality. When I first started watching RU-vid in 2013 or so when I was in elementary school, I remember seeing lots of coming out videos. It was great to see other LGBT people being open, but I’m so happy that we are beginning to progress from official coming out videos that are a reflection of society’s assumption that everyone is straight, to casual mentions of sexual orientation. And in addition to that, bisexual men are either vilified in the media (there are soooo many manipulative and evil bisexual male characters in movies and TV) or seen as “just trying to hide that they’re actually gay” or “can’t pick a side” or whatever. 1) the gas prices were caused by a hack a couple months ago with some complexities in how it was handled that I might not fully understand but there is criticism for sure in the way it resolved resulting in the heightened prices. That was entirely the private sector and NOT government related and would be less of an issue if oil companies don't consistently lobby hard against alternative energy sources. 2) Ethan, as a healthcare worker who now has cases in my senior living facility, please wear your mask outside. Omicron is out there and it is more spreadable. Even if it is less deadly, please start wearing your mask again. Use your own judgment if you think you're not in close proximity to people, but please. Wear a mask.
