If you do the 24 hours zombie thing, here are some tips. Polar Bears get mad if you are near their babies. You can chop down trees and make charcoal out of the logs so you have fuel. If you can hopefully find diamonds, whether from mining, zombies, or from structures, you can make a diamond pick to mine obsidian. Get enough obsidian and you can make an obsidian shelter. Preferably in the ground, but not too far in the ground. Never use glass for windows. Zombies can see through the windows. Make a lava moat around your base. If you start getting pulled again, try to make a wall to block off the path between you and the zombie and see if that works.

Fun fact: Java Zombies have a much farther detection radius than other mobs, being 35 blocks compared to 16. I can’t imagine what a zombie difficulty mod could’ve cranked it up to on top of the other new detection methods :P

Seems great, I'll give it a shot but not without adding some of my must haves like xaeros minimap, refined storage, quark and treecapitator. Overall very nice modpack

Gameplay suggestions (I forgot to give a timeline but it will probably take at least 3 Minecraft days to do) First you should get wood, saplings, and seeds. If you have time before night wool and stone would be great. Then before it is pitch black make a bunker in a open area with hopefully no caves nearby thats 10 by 10 to 15 by 15 (depending on how big you want your base) and make it one block in the ground and only tall enough for you to get in it. Make the inner layer wood and outer layer stone when you can. Put slabs at face level so you can crouch, see, and kill the zombies, glass is too easily broken. Eventually you can make a tower in the middle of the bunker so you have a view of your surroundings and can evacuate if needed. That and you can farm trees and food in the sky with sunlight for better growth and no zombies. Although it sucks to use normal weapons the first three iron should be used on a bucket for your farm. To get that iron I would make a hallway of sorts to another bunker with the same building style the whole way through with a way to close off the hallway at both ends for better protection. The second bunker can be your mining station. I also suggest bringing a friend and trying this strategy on hard mode before hardcore, take some of the stress off so you can wrap your brain around how the hardcore world will work. Also iron doors, just make sure you can open it fast.

The only way to survive 100 days in this modpack is to have the king of 100 days apocalypses play with you: good ol' Forge Labs

what you can try is a lava pool around a sky base but it has to be 6 blocks deep and 4 blocks of lava and 3-4 blocks wide. to that you can use vines (the nether ones. Red) as "staircase" and just in case one of the zombies get to follow you just place powdered snow so that the zombies will fall to their death. If zombies can spawn with leather boots, just place cacti around your base and leave only one block where you can jump over but that hole ist lava again so you are pretty much safe edit: Nice modpack BTW

This kind of Zombie Apocalypse Mod Pack would be Great for a Hard Mode Survival Minecraft Series, Not Hardcore obviously because you'd have to Delete the world once you die. Some of the Zombies looked like they were the one's @ForgeLabs used in one of his 100 Days videos, where Every 10 Days the Zombies Evolved. They'd start to run faster than the Last 10 Days, More Health than before, and at some point they'd even Start Digging Into the Walls or even Under Them. If you need to Gear up for a Gunfight, Then I've got a Few Ideas that might Help. • While the Pistol was a Decent Start, They're usually used as a Last Resort because of how little Ammunition each Magazine can hold. Pistols like the Colt .45 Model 1911 and the Walter PPK usually have 10 or 12 Rounds per Magazine and even then, you usually have about 3 or 4 Magazines (Maybe 7 if you actually have the Space for it) on Hand along with or including the One already loaded. The Colt .45 Model 1911 would be the best Bet with it dealing more Damage, though the Basic Pistol and it's Basic Bullets will do just fine as a Stopgap measure until you have the Proper Resources for the Colt .45 Model 1911. • Your Remaining Load out should have a Rifle (be it a Bolt-Action, Semi-Automatic or even an Automatic Rifle) and some Tools from the Basic Vanilla Range to even some Modded Tools. Depending upon how you want to do it, you'll be needing plenty of Resources. • For the 1940's, I'd recommend the American M1 Garand Rifle, The M1 or M2 Carbines, The M1918A1 Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR), The M1928A1 Thompson Submachine Gun, and the Browning M1919A4 Light Machine Gun (the Browning M2HB can be a Defensive Position), The German Gewehr 41 and 43 Rifles, The Karbiner Kar 98 Bolt-Action Rifle, MP-40 Submachine Gun, The Infamous MG 42 Heavy Machine Guns, the Fallshirmjagergewehr 42 (FG 42) Battle Rifle, and the Sturmgewehr 44 (Stg 44) Assault Rifle and then there's also the Soviet M1898 Mosin-Nagant Bolt-Action Rifles, the SVT-40 Semi-Automatic Rifles, the DP-28 Light Machine Gun and the Ppsh-41 Submachine Gun. The British come close even though they only have the Lee-Enfield Mk. II Rifle, the Sten Submachine Gun and the Bren Light Machine Gun. • For the 1950's Onwards, I'd recommend the American M-14 Rifle and the M60 Light Machine Gun, the Belgian FN/FAL Rifle and the FN Minimi Light Machine Gun, the German G3 or G3A1 Rifle, HK-416 Automatic Rifle and MG 3 Machine Gun, and the Soviet SKS Rifle, The AK-47, AK-74 and AKM Assault Rifles and The PKM Light Machine Gun. As you can see, this will require a lot of Materials, so just simply stick to a Particular Timeframe, Stick to a Particular Nation and just go from there. I don't think there are any Grenades in the Mod, but then again they'd most likely be a Double-Edged Sword. While it's nice to have them on Hand, they'll make plenty of noise when they go off and in turn, you'd have more trouble on your Hands than you'd even want. Best bet is to use some Splash Potions, Preferably those of Healing II, and keep them handy if you ever get more than one or two zombies to deal with. Remember, Healing Potions will deal Damage to Undead Mobs like Zombies, Husks and even Skeletons in the Same way Harming Potions will deal Damage to Mobs like Villagers or even other Players. • There should probably be some Supportive Mods on the World for you or anyone who plays with the Mod Pack to work for which should make things a little bit Easier to Handle. There are some that I can easily see as Being of Some Help in some way while playing this, with the Real Question being will the Mods in the Pack be for the Latest Version of Minecraft? • The Create Mod will also for Better Storage and Various Forms of Automation. Moreover, A Simple Cobblestone Generator feeding into a Pair of Crushing Wheels will provide you with just about everything you may need. • The Valkyrien Skies Mods by Triode (Valkyrien Skies, Valkyrien Skies: Eureka and Valkyrien Skies: Clockwork) will allow you to Build any Vehicle you can think of in Minecraft and be able to use it, even with the Create Mod. • Fleshcrafter's LuckyTNT Mod will Add an extra bit of Firepower if you need it. There's 4 Teirs of TNT Blocks, each getting more and more Powerful as you go through each Teir to the Point of Crashing your Game and even your Computer. • Talhanation's Recruit Villagers Mod can allow you to Build your own Villager Army. These Mods all have Updated Versions for the Latest Version of Minecraft, while most Mods are usually updated for 1.15.2 Minecraft. • Finding a Village would help, since you'd have someplace to Hold up and then expand upon if need be. The main thing would be to make sure that no zombies can get in to cause any damage. Let me know what you think about these Ideas and I'll catch you in your next video man! And it is dripstone in your cave so maybe you should make a "dripstone moat". And in vanilla minecraft zombies think that trapdoors are a block they can stand one, so maybe you can place down some trapdoors.

hey Vivilly in the future you should use the timeless and classics gun mod in these types of videos, it is by far the best gun mod for minecraft, keep in mind it is only for forge and not fabric, but you should definitely check it out

If I were you I would have gone in the city because the city might have guns/bats/crowbars although its a higher chance of dying I would say its worth it (nice job btw)

Ok, i figured out how to make this mod pack work, make a house boat. And then make the first floor of the boat not be able to be climbed on. Then you should not be having such difficulty for surviving. Also blood moon pretty much makes you suffer a lot. Imagine 30-45 zombies heading toward you. Also if you die you will have to kill "yourself" but in zombie form

Challenge: Make it harder and more realastic by 1) You can only stack anything upto 10 items per stack to increase you need a backpack 2) You cant mine wood by hand you need to find tools for it 3) Water wont immune you by fall damage 4) You cant place blocks very instantly there will be a 2 sec process to place blocks 5) Add some blueprint material for making guns 6) Zombies spawn less in caves 7)making a gun takes multiple materials like 2 Iron ingots (as the body), 2 iron nuggets (as the trigger and the bullet throwing system inside it) and dye

Mods you might try for SATISFACTION or easier survival: Create, Sophisticated Backpacks, (kotlin+)Eureka!, Appleskin, Aggro Indicator, Better Brightness Slider

This mods look like the kind of mods where the start is among the hardest experiences, the natural selection filters you gotta push through need a lot of experience Instead of glass windows, if given the chance, use iron bars, and looks like your best chance to get essential resources at the start is to get high or blocking and kill the initial zombies in the day, and make death pits with trap doors, another thing that can help you 1v1 hard zombies is boats, they get stuck in them easily, or for the agressive farm animals, you suround yourself in boats and aggro them for easy food

honesty enhanced ai prolly is one thing that makes the game like 100 times harder animals attack you with crazy damage, mobs see you from far away, chances of miner zombies and aggresive creepers (ones who explode even with walls infront, exploding to let mobs in, ones who yeet themselves towards you) my only personal strategies would be house out of blocks that cant explode and making house above sea level.. or like a sky tower like ive tried before cause they can see you up to 41 blocks away or smtn oh yeah, they swim faster too istg even day time is dangerous with mobs coming out from caves, not to mentions mining in general truly a terrifying mod
