Yujiro Hanma forced himself to be born early, forced his mom to breast feed him until she was traumatized, and then ran away to become a monk when he was 5. Dude made the U.S sign a peace treaty with him because they couldn't stop him, and threw his young son off a cliff to train him, and stopped an earthquake by punching the ground. My favorite example of how the manga is worse is that in it's version of 11:55, Baki has his arm muscles exposed, more than half his bones are broken, and he's been tossed out a window, while Hanayama is bloody all over, missing so many of his teeth you can't see the ones left, and had all of his fingers broken/fixed/re-broken. Yujiro sees all this and is like "You can still stand, right? Don't tell me you're already giving up!"

Sorry to disappoint. Baki gets beat so bad in the end that both his own Fighting Spirit and his Granddad, Yojiro's Dad, fighting spirit had to come out just so Yojiro could go "You know what? I'll give you the title of World's Strongest." Which everyone else considers a W for Baki, but even Baki knows its hollow at best. Yojiro beat the shit outta that boy.

Kaku actually stopped his own heart, because he knew the only way to avoid being killed by Yujiro was to die. So he "died" right before Yujiro killed him, making him stop. When he was out of danger, he came back to life.

Yujiro is strong, particularly in his world, but dont think for a second he'd stand toe-to-toe with goku. Goku had comparable feats of destruction training with Master Roshi in OG Dragonball, let alone the saiyan who can destroy entire solar systems with relative ease.
