There's nothing illegal about a farmer slaughtering for meat what is weird going to someone's place where clearly something's been fooked I bet they killed all of those animals after the farmer couldn't afford it that's it's been there for decades no sense in owning animals that cost you more money to feed when you can just cull the whole herd I have seen entire pans of salmon killed because one tested positive for a disease and the fact is you had to bury all of it after you spread it with lime in a pit the only good thing was they were farming salmon

If it was a slaughterhouse the bones wouldn’t have been cleaned and bleached, they’d still be in the animal being sent to the butchers/in the joints of meat/bin if butchered at home…

I was just about to say... It's an old school farm cutting/butchers room... Don't open the milk think... It's for turning the blood into Lamb black puddings!!!

My Nan raised racing greyhounds and had a butcher shed to prepare their meals which was full of sheep skulls and it also smelled like pure death. To be fair my Nans shed makes this look clean and normal, brought back quite the memory for me lads.

Guys it almost seems like they may have sold the skin or wool and ate the mutton and stripped the bones but usually the muscle that holds the together would be missing. Weird! As far as the dog coffins you can bring your pet home to bury not usually to keep under your bed. My question is where is the body of pip the dog? That's really the scary part.

@@auspiciouscloud8786 It's an unsettling scene, no doubt about that! The pet caskets dotted around the property are a new one on me, not sure why you'd keep non-cremated remains in such a fashion, but who am I to judge? As for the bones, it's likely she was living off of her own livestock for sustenance, as I understand it they (a farmer in this case) can legally slaughter animals on their own property if it is to be eaten by the immediate family living there, as an old-fashioned farm it's possible she was making her own bone meal for the phosphorus as there appears to be evidence of steaming and grinding, it could quite possibly even be used as an additive for dye, employing a zero waste philosophy, granted it looks as though the process all got too much in the end. It's worth noting that sheep bones/carcasses are a fairly common sight anywhere you go in rural Wales, it's also very common for sheep to wander into abandoned properties (though not the case here) especially if hoodlums have previously booted the doors in, inevitably they perish and decay often without the farmer ever retrieving the carcasses, the more time you spend exploring in the countryside the more likely it is that you'll find yourself encountering a scene such as this.
