Welcome back to the channel on this episode we try to get the dog from laying and sleeping on the couch. No animals were harmed in the making of this video.
As a person who absolutely HATES my dog on my couch I so enjoyed this video & will probably purchase this. I wouldn't mind my dog on my couch at all but his fur sticks to my couch like velcro which makes me have to vacuum clean it every single time he gets off so my guest don't get dog hair all over them. My dog also chewed up his dog bed & the pillows on my couch so I'm down for him being shocked shocked at this point. F what PETA got to say. They not about to buy me a new sectional. Lol
I been thinking about getting one of those raised beds, similar to a cot. Hope he finally got the idea. He’s a great looking dog, dogs are such a blessing can’t imagine a world without them.
Aww this was so cute ☺️ I just watched another video where they actual thought it was a great idea to set mouse traps on their couch !!! I was shocked to read the comments and then they where asking people to NOT Be mean to them in the comments ….. so they want to be Mean to their puppy but the viewers can’t be mean to them !!! Now that’s not right ! Great video. Thanks for being a kind and thoughtful pet owner
OMG I'm so glad I found this video, my dog drives me crazy getting on my couch and covering it with his hair, I am so going to buy this. Your dog is adorable, smart little bugger
Great video that had me cracking up. Dogs are crazy stubborn creatures huh, and I have three! We are getting new couches today and I was wondering if the mats still work to keep him off? Or did he figure something out? Thanks!
First time watching your videos while searching for scat mats. Ty. My "baby" needed this a year ago. Suggestion: add an affiliate link to your description to amazon on this and future product feature vids you create. I'm ready to buy and would prefer to support you instead of the other youtubers I've watched.
@@alexjulissavlogs7829 Not too late to do it for this one. Your video is the first one that shows up when searching for scatmats. Would be a great idea to get some commission for this great video 👍
He's beautiful 😍. U may want to check his behavior about limits though. He can't get to decide if u can use your couch or not. Let him learn for his own good. If a visitor comes over and can't approach the couch...
Sorry, I just read your response from one month ago. That’s enough for me. On my way to petco. Ya know, you should call the company and have them sponsor you…
GREAT VIDEO❤️🔥❤️🔥 I have a 90 pound Dalmatian but we have tried many ways to keep them off our bed because my wife makes the most beautiful quilts you’ve ever seen and they take eight months to a year depending on the design and he got up on the bed and ripped a hole in it and I had to hide all the guns because my wife was going to shoot him but these mats I’ve got to get me a half a dozen of these right off! I may have to find a way to supercharge them because like I said he’s at 90 pounds and he’s sticking his head he’s like your dog smart thank you very much for the video it was great!!!!
The deterrent is fine, but it should be coupled with guidance and instruction on what the poor dog should do instead. Dogs often "misbehave" because they don't know any better. Anyone thinking of using this tool, your dog will be much less "stubborn" when you also reward him for getting on his bed next to the couch. Dont just tell him not to get on the couch. Let him know what you want him to do instead of getting on the couch.
WOW..THANKS ALOT!!!!! I have a pit 6 month old..it's my son dog. they moved in 2weeks ago and when my son goes to work she jumps on my coach, I am on my way to purchase the scat mat now..LOL.. she is going to love it. I'm not even going to tell my son...I'm just going to buy one.
No! I have a husband that after 37 years of owning dogs, not allowed on the couch, has decided he “feels bad” for our long-haired Dalmatian and his short-haired sister that we rescued. They shed something fierce. I have white hair on all my clothes. My couches are supposed to a hair free zone. To keep them off the top planters we installed a dog wire, which I tried first because I didn’t want them hurt. They touched it twice and never jumped up there again . I took down after they decided two shocks were enough. They thought the little flags meant it was still up. I didn’t want them jumping the wall. It was for their safety, not discipline.
Not true. What kind of thinking is this? You dont want your dog or cat pissing and shitting on the floor either but that doesnt mean you shouldnt own pets. Its perfectly fine to teach them whats ok and whats not ok.
@@lmSheep very true doesn't hurt nething for ur pets to get on furniture, like I said if u don't want ur pets on the furniture then don't get one.. so ur comparing cat & dog shit to pets gettn on furniture, yeah ok ur special
@@lmSheep oh & that shock pad is just as bad as a shock collar should be charged with cruelty to animal's, b4 u say nething 99% of trainer's hate nething that shocks dogs or cats..
@@angelofdeth First of all I have no idea what "nething" means, please get your grammar right before you try and go all SJW on a simple shock pad. Second of all, this thing is very different from a shock collar. Shock collars are on the animal permanently, they cannot remove it themselves. However, with this shock pad, the animal has the choice of NOT touching it. And yes, I am comparing dog and cat shitting to them jumping on furniture :) You can have very expensive floors or furniture that you don't want your pets to ruin. That doesn't mean you cannot own a pet. Just teach them not to get on it in a safe manner, which is exactly what this couple is doing.
@@lmSheep I have 4500.00 leather couch & every1 of my dogs get on.. if I can do it my dogs can, if my dogs can't I cant.. I can already tell u abuse ur pets grow up..
