Your podcast would be more interesting if you just mute his mic. 😆 He talks over you incessantly bro. I’d love to hear what you have to say, but I can’t half the time.
I am sure your wives have taken out the trash while you sat. The comment about Meg carrying the bag was stupid. You should have apologized and moved on
There are a lot of ways to handle a situation where someone is raging on you or trolling you. Short of doing something that will get you arrested, laughing at them is probably the best way. Good job Tyler.
Speaking from experience? JK, thanks for the info. I think its a common misconception that you'll automatically get bigger but as you said, often times they can be used for other purposes.
“Roid Rage” is real. My younger brother used them for bodybuilding back in the late 70’s, early 80’s and his demeanor would change and he would “rage”.
Just to set the logo record straight: He definitely did not steal the TravisMathew logo. I know this for certain because I designed his logo and I’d never seen the TravisMathew logo until mentioned today. I’m not a golf guy. I’ve probably seen it in the wild, but it was never an inspiration nor do I think it’s that great of a logo. And the logo, while similar (because they both include a “T” and an “M”) is not the same and quite frankly, is not as cool IMNSHO. Not defending Tyson’s actions, but as far as the logo goes-that’s the fact.
Nice work. I agree. Nothing alike really. Yours is def a lot better. Use of negative space for the T is noice. Travis Mathew’s is actually pretty average. They’re just taking the piss out of Tyson lol
Jimmy seems very angry over one offhand comment by Tyson in person; then Jimmy proceeds to say a hundred negative things about Tyson in a large public format. Seems like quite the overreaction from Jimmy.
I respect Jimmy for keeping it real, and always being a shit talker equally to everyone. Jimmy, please stop gargling your gum into the mic it's killing me.
I like how you guys are unfiltered especially Jimmy. I know Tyler is keeping it professional, but the honesty and sincerity with his messages are what keeps the podcast pretty engaging with your audience. I like how you guys are keeping it real. Again great job guys!
I'd pay good money to see a Tyson vs. Jimmy match in the octagon. .....for charity of course! Perhaps for the homeless since you disparaged them a little with your Connor McGregor comment @ the 13:07 mark.
Its unfortunate that you guys dipped into the negative. I really like your podcast but this episode was disappointing how much you guys chose to just drag Tyson through the mud. I know you guys have hurt feelings, but I wish you didn’t spread such negativity. We know there was beef but we would respect your podcast more if you guys chose to spread positivity. Not taking Tyson off the hook for his actions but you guys can’t control his actions just your response.
I didn't have a huge issue with Tyson's rage out on Tyler, but to hear that Tyler's daughters were there watching makes cringe. Tyson gets to roid out, curse, and yell unprovoked in front of someone's small children and wife and then go on to get a PPA interview like nothing happened... seems problematic.
Yes, it was unfortunate, not only my family, but everyone in the front few rows witnessed it as well. I'm totally fine if someone comes at me, but if they're going to use the excuse of something that is incorrect, that's not right and needs to be addressed. Thanks for watching!
@@aaronmclaughlin5264 So if someone acts like an ass you should stoop to their level? In any case, it would just be nice to hear a full story instead of just singling out the other guy. He could own up to the fact he did something dumb as well instead of glossing over it. They say they own up to things yet not in this case..
@@aaronmclaughlin5264 ok let’s change it from dumb to immature. It’s something a high schooler would have done. Now to be fair I don’t have anything bad to say about Tyler otherwise, but let’s not pretend he didn’t have a juvenile reaction about it. In his words he simply laughed it off which isn’t the real story.
Great pod! Super fun! You two look really good in darker colored shirts with that background, and I like the hats on both of you. There was a pod where Jimmy did say something about Meg, but you bleeped it out, and I have no idea which one it was, so when I have tons of time to just sit and relisten to all your pods, I'll let you know. Or, you could ask Tyson what specifically he was referring to.
I don't know where you stand, Tyler. Do you agree with all of Jimmy's comments? I would like you to share what you are thinking. A person can't help how they look but they can control their behavior. I think you are thinking that. Calling another player a "clown" is inappropriate but what are you agreeing?
Hey Guys.. Hate to be the one.. but... I did break 2 Crown balls in game play. That said, it did take longer than the other balls I have used. (I bought on your suggestion and Jimmy's endorsement of them not breaking..) I do use 2 power paddles: Joola Hyperion and the Holbrook Power Pro. (2 great paddles..) The other issue I ran into. when I introduce a "new" ball to a match. The opponents are puzzled at the "lime" green color. It is pretty bright. Opponents are more accustomed to the "chicken" yellow color of X balls. But, if I bring out a ball that's been "roughed up", no one says anything. So, I now drill with new balls and rough them up before playing with them. (I think I heard Jimmy mention Pros requested they be rough up for tournament play as well. For roughness. not color.) The play of the ball is very good. It is pretty lively and stays pretty consistent. You can notice it "feels" heavy when you hit with it. Overall, I would recommend this ball.. Thanks guys!!
Appreciate the feedback! If you feel they broke much sooner than the other balls, you could try reaching out to Crown and see what they say. I know they have good customer service. IMO, if they're lasting longer than your traditional balls, its a win. Thanks for watching and supporting the show!
Jimmy is the best, apologize for nothing! Good job this is the best podcast for the pro pickleball scene, you guys actually voice opinions. Keep it up.
I was at the Fed vs Ben gold. Fed definitely called "challenge" when he went to sit down. The ref thought he said "timeout". Fed didn't notice that they weren't reviewing it until the ref called "15 seconds" for the end of a timeout, so then Fed re-stated that he had already called "challenge" Love the podcast, first time listener
Jimmy, spit it out. You take forever to get your gossip out. Grow up and don't worry so much about what other people are doing. You guys act like Tyson is out to get you and it feels so forced by you guys to create drama. Saying you are not going to talk about things and then you list off is fake teeth, stringy hair, etc., is talking about it. Let the court and victories do the talking for both of you. Tyson just beat Tyler. You guys are chasing followers by talking trash about someone who does so much for the sport.
no wonder for some reason I unsubbed from tyson's channel. idk but he sends off a fake megain markle vibe. there is a cameraman following them inside their house like they are the Kardashians. Also his teeth are too white and too fake😂
@@VivianGlozmansPartner haha "I assume he's gonna get Meg to carry that bag cus he's not going to carry it for himself". Mate if you're getting that bent out of shape about that... hahaha Honestly that's pretty funny. That's hardly what I would call egregious. The TRT claims are worse... which I had forgotten about... but honestly, don't paddle tap him and pretend to be a good sport on camera, then wait for him to sit down before you start posturing.
Don’t be crying, acting saints or surprised about consequences. Jimmy’s girl’s bathroom insults are lowbrow. A little child. You talk crap about players. They’re going to notice. It’s Loong’s podcast. He’s responsable for the content.
We're not complaining about him confronting me for the most part... we're complaining about the reason he gave for it. He said we had said things on this podcast, in which we did not say those things he is claiming to have said. That is what we are debating. He used an excuse/lie to do what he did.
Two questions: 1. When will the players unite and form a players association like the ATP? 2. why can't the year be split with a tournament season and a team league season?
First: love you guys, youre light, not to serious about yourselves. Maybe to a fault. Suggestions: lose the flippin gum already would ya? And it looks like you are hiding behind the mike and hat. Big suggestion: stop assuming your viewers all know the players you discuss by thier first name. Its like you dont care about viewers unless they are in the cool guy club. Strive to be proffesional above all else.
1. There's been many attempts, but none have been successful... 2. That's not a bad suggestion. I don't think either would want to go X amount of days without having an event, imo.
@TylerLoong Fed cat and moused better than Ben. 2024 will be a lot harder for Ben to dominate. As prize miney grows, i think elite tennis stars will move over. Fun to watch
Japan is still in the improvement for Pickleball but is generally indoor based. Just as you say, no sun, no wind, no shadows. Even better, no worries about any type of weather in all seasons!
Pickleball will only become a pro sport when pros don’t talk about other pros personal life in a podcast. I have met all involved, Tyler is a stand up guy; Meg is a mother, wife and businesswoman that holds it all together.
FACT I bought 2 3 packs. Out of round x 6 !! They didnt break, I will give you that. But the warped ball is just too distracting. Can't recommend. Rather break a Dura every 5 games at this point.
PPA commentary stated that was the first time Fed beat Ben Johns on Championship Sunday which is accurate. He did beat him earlier this year but that was in the semifinals. Good listen, enjoyed the episode.
Tell him to meet you in the parking lot after the 3pm bell and challenge him to a bit of fisticuffs. I heard that’s the best way to handle things and popular wisdom is usually right.
