Yum. I like the addition of the Turkish bread and herby mayo. My fav alt version of the BLT is drizzling some truffle oil onto the tomato when you season it, and sprinkling some blue cheese on the bacon. It's a strange blend, but delicious.
I really enjoyed the Turkish bread they sell in Australian supermarkets like Woolworth, simply one of the best bread in memory. Shame we can't get them here in the UK, at least not easily.

Hey Chef, just a heads up mate you don't need to use a knife to remove an avo seed. Just push on the back of the half that has the seed and pop it out. Simple and easy

Looks great and you can very rarely have too much mayo! But those middle rashers were massive and I've never seen anything like them 😅. Please keep these recipes coming as I am a big fan of them 😊
Looks super tasty but mainly be asue there's a metric shit load of fat and calories in your recipes! Definitely not for people trying to watch their weight.
