I used to live in Hawaii trust me the apartments hotels and more are hella expensive and if you think whoever lives in Hawaii has a fortune your wrong.

Just a tv. Same way every channel used to have HD as part of its name. FX HD, SYFY HD, TNT HD, History Channel HD. Now most of them dropped that part. Back in 2008, 2009, 2010 "flat screen" classification was relevant to distinguish itself from regular TVs or "touchscreen" for phones. Nowdays its redundant.
You have photos in your video that aren’t in Hawaii. Further, you show pictures of homes on one island but show photos of beach locations on a completely different island (i.e. Hawaii Island, aka Big Island vs Waikiki, Oahu) Please do more research on the images you use for accuracy and proper representation of what each island offers. Would highly recommend that the commentator study with a Hawaiian language person. Many mispronunciations throughout the narration. Enjoyed the subject matter, views and indeed luxury to the max!! Mahalo!!
#2 is by far the best “value” wise. It’s almost 8 acres with an actual beach & is zoned to fit another 9 homes! The #1 property is only an acre & a half & is surrounded by rocks & ZERO Sand. Also, the property sold for $1 million just 15 years ago.
All 5 are on the Big Island aka Island of Hawai'i near the island of Maui. While it's on the opposite side of the island where the volcano recently erupted and destroyed homes, the infrastructure there isn't the best when compared to the islands of Maui or Oahu -- where Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, etc. are located. In my opinion, Oahu is still the best island to live on; the best with all the creature comfort and amenities.
I live 5 miles from all these houses. Also building a mall 1 mile away from where the lava "destroyed the homes" just for your info these home are a 3 hour drive away from the lava and it is consider zone 8 ( meaning the lava will never hit) Oahu has a murder happening 5 times a day. some guy just burned down 7 homes and killed 2 cops in a luxury home area. quick question, Do you live in Hawaii??
Wes K .. Oahu is a crazy busy & way over crowded island, that is NOT Hawaii There is a reason why all the Top most expensive homes in Hawaii is on the Big Island 😉
Maybe it’s an honest mistake, BUT you MIGHT want to put the correct address for these places, cuz #5 off rip is wrong...there is no 69-1025....there is however a 68-1025...dot the I’s & cross the T’s, otherwise a great video!
ashleymitts .. All 5 are on the Big Island (Hawaii) , So Justina u are actually right because Hawaii is the Big Island. They call it that because it’s the biggest size (landmass) wise.

I used to live on Maui and the Big ISland is nice but the VOG is terrible..I could never live there.....Maui is the best island... though it can get very crowded...
Kilauea Volcano completely shut down in May 2018. Since then, no vog, zero, nada. The air quality is now perfect and the visibility usually runs over 75 miles.
