I get what you mean, there's a deep resonant thunk to the metal contacting metal that speaks to the pieces solidness. Less to do with quality as such, but the sheer thickness of the metal parts, quantity is a quality all it's own. Thing probably weighs a bloody tonne though.
What a beast of a case! Ton of mass, machining and finishing went into it. Totally can hear the quality as details slide, revealing to not be stamped from the sheet, but cut from a block. Magnificent stuff!
my b650e-i failed the second day I used it. Sent it in for RMA and got a refurb a week later. $100 cad down the drain for shipping and left not trusting ASUS
I loved the entire video, never seen an ITX build beautiful like this before everything is in the place as simple it is I would want to do this someday hopefully haha
@@stefanschuchardt5734 Brother, "decimal point's" should be "decimal points" no need for an apostrophe. Also it's a period, not a decimal point. A period is a punctuation used to end sentences, decimal points are used to indicate the beginning of a decimal fraction. Saying the entire humankind is hyperbolic. "Sincerly" is not a word, it's spelled "sincerely". Please focus on yourself before bashing others and potentially looking bad..
@@stefanschuchardt5734decimal points? Don’t you mean a full stop? This isn’t math mate. God, I love when people pick on someone for their writing or speech and they fuck it up themselves.
My point is still valid. Decimal points or comma or period or fuck me in the ass, you people are allergic to it. Use them, whatever the fuck they are called.
beautiful case and at first was like omg you're going to cover that nice pro art card up but damn, its a feature showing it off. Awesome build and case
honestly that is actually a good idea imho. The main reason these cases are expensive is not necessarily because of the high quality material (machined aluminium it seems in this case) but to make those power sockets from molded plastic could add an unreasonable amount of money compared to the quality upgrade you get. Its simply not viable to do this in house, and to make molds (including all the prototyping) only makes sense when you are projected to sell thousands of these cases. This is why you get so many choices in sub 150 dollar cases. Economy of scale. 3d printed with custom cabeling ~20/30 dollars, custom molded power connector ~200 a pop if not more.
This was the most cathartic PC build video I've ever seen. From the motherboard to the cooler and graphics card, everything fits perfectly. The only concern is the exposed fan blades on the graphics card, which lack any protection.
The magnet falling out hurt! 😅 But the build is beautiful! Definitely a one-off and for the amount of money that I'm sure that cost I would like to have at least a 4080, but it sure is beautiful!
This is such a beautiful assembly, pretty much what I want and need since I started looking at ITXs! I just wonder if they do a shorter version for like a dual slot (x2 fans) GPU
Very pretty case, but it seems to be designed exclusivily for Asus ProArt GPU. The last couple of shots where he puts the top cover, the holes aligned with the holes on the GPU.
It looks amazing, but it also looks incredibly specific in what components it can house. Also, did anyone else think "Whoa, this would be a bitch to open again if it doesn't post and you forget to test before closing it up?".
Although I admire the beauty and the craftsmanship of the case AND the video ;) I'll always prefer first to have the best hardware before aesthetics. But great video i deed!
