Yes you are correct, a 42 inch flatscreen TV... this makes the Gulfstream expensive. But if I had to watch Tyler perry movies I'd rather just fly coach on Southwest.

If there is gold on an aircraft, I can assure you it is NOT "solid gold". Whatever appears gold is gold plated. Marble countertops, on the other hand, ARE marble, BUT, they are hollowed out for weight. Fun fact, there was once a customer that ordered a BBJ to have a disco ball in it. A LOT of engineering went into incorporating it, then the customer cancelled that request very late in the process which required even more engineering to reverse. The 737 BBJ has an option for a triple wide window for an office in the aft section of the airplane as well. I've not seen one built yet, but I know it is an official option that can be ordered, so the engineering and such has been done. When you think about that, it's a HUGE window on an aircraft!
In fairness, AF1 is not for the "pampmerment" of the President, but for the mobile functionality and security of the US government. It's a tool that costs less than one Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit bomber.

If its human caused and war then if its doomsday and complete armageddon , again a stealth bomber is irrelevant. You guys have no idea what your talking about. The Gulfstream III is 40 years old, antiquated and worth 2 or 3 million at best, not $60 mm as stated also, the interior pics you show are not of the GIII.
No matter which bilzilions bucks plane you own, the final fly of all those tycooons will be in a coffin, with no windows, no beds no nothing. As a consolation tag for all of them, plane will stay.
interesting video but the prices quoted are off by miles!! Tyler Perry's GIII?? $60M to purchase and $65M more in modifications??? That's a laugh!! That airplane was about $37M new in the mid 80's and available today at $3.5M or less and its not possible to put $65M worth of mods and upgrades on that airframe unless you dunk it in gold and then it would be too heavy to fly!!
Nothing in aviation is "low cost", as some commercial carriers are called. Same for corporate travel. Pilots, cabin crew, maintenance, fuel, de-icing, landing fees, hangar fees, ground transportation, and catering are just some of the added costs to ownership. You'd better have a fortune, because you're going to spend a fortune! 💰💰💰😉

All except the G3 are cool but kinda goofy, suitable only for those who require a entourage and endless security. The big one’s completely defeat the purpose of a personal jet that we all dream about… the ability to go anywhere at any time. They require extensive pretrip planning, and none can land at smaller airports near where we actually want to be and that are quick/easy to get in/out of. A far more interesting lineup would be the Larger Gulfstreams, Global Express, Dassault Falcon’s, etc…
Some made from older airplanes. (747-400) converted some years ago. I'm also not sure about these numbers. What the airplane is worth sometimes has nothing to do with how much spent to build it. There's some really expensive interiors.
If you buy it used and restore it, it's MUCH cheaper. I've seen people do that to save money so they can install crazy things like retractable staircases and full bathrooms with hot tubs and showers.

the price tags on this video are sooooo far off.. I promise you that GIII doesn't sell for more than $15-20M.. the next airplane a 747-8 is "base price" from Boeing with no interior $391M .. the interior probably added $25M .. and I can go on.
