I love yall but please stop promoting Better Help. They are an awful service and literally have law suits filed against them by legit therapists and so many patients have had horrible and even traumatic experiences with them. They've stolen people's money and they don't check for credentials for their "therapists"! I know you're probably under contract but PLEASE as soon as the contracts done never support them again!

When I was in the Navy I splurged and bought a $300 button-up shirt to wear out with my shipmates to a new club in Florida. That night I got into a fight with a guy after he smashed a bottle into the back of my head. The paramedics thought I was freaking out because of my injury when they were CUTTING the shirt off of me, but I was really crying about the shirt being treated like a blood-soaked rag. Never again.
