There are two different places in this video. Beside to respect everybody's effort, unfortunately none of them are the most famous doner kebab in İstanbul.

Don't mind the portions, you can double it you just have to say it. Just as information, because meat is relatively high price when you look to the income, most turks prefer the small portion :))
To be fair, the portions don’t look small, they look manageable. In the UK I get donner kebabs from a local takeaway and they put that much meat on it you don’t know what to do with it. Can make a second kebab out of the quantity they pile on. The salad is on top and soon goes, leaving you just the meat. I end up putting more of my own salad and sauce on at home.
the best doner kebab is always in Ankara...the others doing this kebab from minced meat....in Ankara, best doner has no mince in it.... the best ones are "Yaprak Donercisi" and "Donerci Kardesler".....search for them.....bon appétit....have a nice day.... :)

Serbest piyasaya inanıyorum , isteyen istedigine istedigi kadar para verir ama arkadas bu nedir ? Ben boyle bişey gormedim , ben olsam koydugu o 30 gram eti de koymam , ekmegi donere bular veririm kapıda bekleyenlere .
Ben Şahin de yedim bir cok defa fiyatlar daha uygundu, ama lezzet efsane gorundugu gibi degil cok iyi, bir çok kişinin bildiği gibi İstanbul da ilk 5 e girer
Tadının güzel olduğu kesin, defalarca yedim Şahin'de. Ama porsiyon satmıyorlar sadece pide arası ve gördüğünüz gibi miktar çok çok az. Fiyatı da pide döner + ayran 120 lira civarında, herkes yiyemez.
@@volkanseckintuna ne fark eder ki? zaten etin dağılmasını engelleyen ve yaprak halinde kalmasını sağlayan şey koyunun kuyruk yağı. dana kıymayı kuyruk yağında terbiye ediyorlarsa kıyma olur yaprak et. dağılmadığına göre sorun yok demektir. haaa, koyun - dana eti karışımından yapılsa tadı daha şahane olur ama fiyatı 120lerde durmaz o zaman. onu da o fiyata herkes yiyemez...

İlk mekanın döneri kıyma.Kıymadan döner olmaz.Turkiyeden bundan daha iyi doner yapan en az 1000 tane yer var.ikinci mekan ise gerçekten yaprak döner görüntüden anlaşılıyor.
