And unlike Superman, Batman wouldn't have to pander to his goodness in order to survive long enough to use those tactics, because Omni-Man wouldn't have the ability to hurt Batman before he gets hit by either the sound or the virus since he's not even mach 1 in the atmosphere, only in space. Meanwhile Superman is lightspeed even on Earth. So that's a really bad argument. People are just mad that this film wasn't all sunshine and rainbows.
