For the tape, you need to get either nail tape or painter’s tape. It depends on how big of areas that you’re wanting - strips equal nail tape, color-blocking means painter’s tape. 💕

As a nail artist myself, I love seeing her get so amazed :)

After almost 19 years of biting my nails, I finally found a way to stop myself and I'm so excited for when they're long enough to paint them

If it helps, for the tape on the nails, once you paint the design, you rip the tape off IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise it doesn't work. You can't let the top coat dry over the tape 💕

The hyrdro-dipping is called water marbling. I would look up simply nailogical water marbling videos to learn more.

if you wanna use tape, first apply a top coat and let it completely dry then use a tape that properly sticks down, and remove it before the polish dries then apply another top coat

3:28 I began doing my own nails and I'm ambidextrous so switching hands isn't the problem for me, but I felt her in my heart and soul the minute she talked about dog hair beging everywhere. I have a short haired cat and there is not a day that goes by where I'll do my nails in a room she's never been in and all of a sudden my polish is filled with hair. I ended up hating regular nail polish cause of the hair and use only gel nail polish lol. It's easier to take the hairs out without it hardening on you the instant it touches your nail. Plus... I have extremely shaky hands so yeah. Can't do my nails without getting polish around my fingers.

Then you suck it up and see if you can fix it or make it work and you can't, you decide weather or bot it's better to start over or just give up all together and go punch your pillows. That's what I do when I mess up on any kind of artwork anyway.

First off omg ur outfit is SO CUTE but about the one with the hair from the brush, people use extension hair for nails. They add builder gel to it so it is like a plastic fake nail
