Hey there. I've wanted to film this Plov place for a long time. Finally I took my camera and spent 4 hours filming the process. And I tried it of course. The meat is beef actually. Only that small sausage was horse meat. Fabulous place and a successful business! Hope you enjoy!

@RussianPlus I see they use gloves now, so it's a sign of progress. But when I first visited back in 2008, they would clean tables with a cloth (tryapka), clean teacups and teapots with no more than a splash of water...and the toilet was a different story
