Yes, I would caution you from buying this, but you may not have a choice. The only reason you would buy an advanced system like this is that it is required, due to some environmental regulation involving your lot or build. It cost almost 5 times what a basic gravity-fed septic system costs. When it breaks or needs maintenance there are far fewer septic companies that can do the work. Although I am thankful for this system as it allowed us to build a house on land that would not "perk" - any complicated system will always require more time and money in the long run.
