I like Ven Para a lot. I'm not a stan, so the concept change didn't disturb me much and I don't mind the "bad production" - the fantastic energy makes up for it

Side effects.. The chorus is meant to be nerve-racking.. That's what they tried to convey and I think they did it perfectly with the lyrics to the beat to the dance.. To say you don't really like psy trance or that type of it is an opinion.. But saying it's a flop is so disrespectful because it's such a good song. 💀

honestly, ,the hot sauce chorus (in my opinion), if some other group than any nct sub unit did it, it wouldn't have matched the whole vibe of the song making the reason why i love the song that much

- Wolf was good but you kinda just had to be there for it. Iconic + good kpop should be a little bit cringe and Wolf is 10/10 in that regard - Dynamite sounds like Old Navy commercial music. they can (and have) done much better - Fingertip was literally the only GFriend song I liked at that time….. I couldnt believe everyone else hated it so much - I always liked Step Back but I get why its jarring - When Signal came out and I was the only person who loved it immediately…… at that time it was their best title track to date and i stand by that

So I watched part two first and I'm really enjoying part one, too! I'm surprised by how often the reason for hatred is "cringe lyrics." Who is complaining? The western/international fans or Korean fans? Native English speakers or people for whom English is a second or third language? Do the Korean lyrics get complained about too or just the English ones? Also, where is the dividing line between acceptable and cringe? It seems to me, as a casual fan with no serious emotional ties to any group or song, that it's often just used as a legitimate-sounding excuse to hate on a group one doesn't like. (Yes, I mean group and not just that one song.) There are a number of songs on this list that I didn't know but which I will be adding to my playlist! Thank you! 🙏😄🧡🎶🎉
