@@rollind6342 no i mean like, imagine a game mechanic being named after you. like if you hold a particular angle so well and people start copying you and the angle goes on to be called by your name. That's dope.
@@dakshkhanijo9908 its not a game mechanic. It's a strategy for people who just wanna sit in a corner and ruin evryone's games without even being any good at the game
@@Coldmegagoku everyone copes, NA copes differently. This coping mechanism is trademarked by NA players at this point. If you play ranked in multiple regions you'd understand
Grim knows his shit. He is matured cause he never replies to these things. He knows everyone comes to see his cringe walls and that's what hes doing. Nothing wrong. Killer Mindset
@@devlakhwani9514 a good awper is using their util important for the team for the team, not for "hehe funny angle" grim plays for himself and inspired people everywhere to do the same. remind me again how thats "impact" on one of the most important agents for team play
@@Terrahx nobody said he's cheating, I said FNS was complaining that he lost that fight against Grim that he should've won but didn't because Grim spammed a marshall and got lucky. can you read? also why did u like ur own comment LOL
I dont play Valorant because i was told its just a toxic game and a way to gain mental illness, but calling a smart player with his plays dogshit and bad makes it seem more toxic to me.
Fuckin ADORE these walls. Makes you have to think what type of sage a person could be playing. A battle sage, a “normal” sage, or a wall sage. It’s fantastic.
Grim isn't cringe, the fact that other people mald and attack him for him using a good tactic that they CAN beat, but don't (because they would rather get mad) isn't cringe. When they get mad, they also dont make sense like at 3:50, how is it clueless if its a thought out wall that would allow him to kill you?
@@agiqorryes, and the fact that so many people in the comments call him annoying here just really shows that people would rather complain or cope by calling him bad or cringe instead of adapting and being a good player
@@shuaitailai These guys are Val streamers, they arent exaggerating. They are genuinely mad so they lose one of their braincells and it makes them say dumb shit in front of a few hundred or thousand people but they'll never admit that outloud.
That bro in your time stamp has no interior.. nothing on the wall..just a bed...tells me already, he's a lil loser crying about people who are better than him. BTW I never played Valo. I don't even exactly know what's happening. But I'm still impressed by his angles and aim 👍🏻👍🏻
I think what's so crazy about the wall thing is that his crosshair placement is still perfectly on point. He could be upside down or in whatever angle and he'd still know where the heads are gonna be popping up.
The best part is it’s so ingrained in all of them that he does crazy walls that when he does a normal wall they get paranoid from him being on top but he’s actually in a different spot. It’s literally Yoru levels of mind games
Honestly this is skillful as hell. It rewards planning, and falls in the same vein as knowing traditional lineups for utility. Especially since Sage being able to play from atop her wall is actually an intended gameplay mechanic (even if boosting to heights where the map visuals glitch out isn't). Valorant is more than just gun mechanics, otherwise it'd just be bad CS. Creativity is where Val shines. If they wanted to play mechanical perfection, play CS.
When Tenz gets walled he accepts it, and comms to his team. When other streamers get walled they start cussing and dissing Grim. (There were a few other positive people other than Tenz, tenz just the calmest)
Sure Grim will never be on a pro team, but hes better than 95%+ of the player base. He clicks heads like nobody i've ever seen. Not his fault nobody has been trained to take into account verticality.
U never see him playing on a daily basis game without seeing him on stream, he kinda sucks sometimes, Last season I played with him like 4-5 on my team and he never pass the 10 kills, as you can see most of his youtube clips are mostly those lucky rounds when everything works, other than that he is kinda shit.
@@aleks5858 if you are playing with duos and with people that are constantly carryng you, you can be radiant for sure, you should see how many radiants egirl are carried by their boyfriend on high elo
How the fuck is someone supposed to account for vertically if they run into this guy one in every 100 games. People aren't gonna waste time training and preaiming every sage wall off angle 50 metres in the air just incase that grim is in one of his off angles again
outside of anything like aim or macros which he actually really good, and also since hes been known, his walls have limitless possibilities. grim is def one if not the best sage mains.
Most of these clips are of Grimm killing ppl with his walls, but many others are just him outaiming everyone he encounters. He has insane lineups, but he's also cracked out of his mind
I mean that is sage's walls for, blocking or boosting up someone. It is the same for Jett's updraft, Raze's satchels, or even Sova's and Brim's lineups, just how creative you can be by using those agents. It is not like Grim exploiting bugs or glitches. Actually, some of the footages are normal duels without insane off-angle walls and grim won it. People will know how pathetic you are by complaining about enemies being creative or better than you in some ways. Shout out and respect to some players who actually admit Grim's creative walls, like Tarik, TenZ, and Shazam. Well I don't know all of them so I just mentioned the players I recognized.
because he's a content player trying to farm clips every game, not saying he shouldn't do that because it's his brand but it's just not optimal to go for off angle walls all the time when simpler ones might be better
A lot of these folks probably just wanna play normal competitive games and not deal with people going for clips all the time. Likely just gets annoying tbh.
most content creators throw rounds just for content lmao it's not a fucking new thing + if u actually watch his streams he rarely actually does a grim wall most of his walls are normal also he's in radiant for a reason he knows when to use and not use his wall@@DukeWang
@@DukeWangbro how are the "simpler" walls better than walls where he gets 2 kills and most of the time more like you are complaining about a free win or what??
For those that are curious about the haters, here is what I've come to read and will summarize: His plays are cool, make for flashy montages, are hella fun to watch. When you're high rank (immortal and above) and have him on your team: he's usually shit, selfish (plays for the flashy kills as noted above) and will pop off only occasionally instead of playing utilities for the team. That is why even in the videos, you'll hear people say how shit he is when he is on their team. Even in 4:49 clip where he gets the 4k, he was 4-12 in that game prior to that. Lulz.
The thing with grim is that bro throws rounds on a consistent basis for clips. It’s not fun to play the game when 4 of ur team is trying to win and one person just throws a 3v2 for a clip
Also when Grumpy, ziptie, averageJonas, the brim guy and all the others do that you all respect them and love them so much, so again bro, what are you saying????
I lowkey want to see Grim on a pro team. I want to see how he and the team adapt to his tactics. The mind behind the walls is more important than the walls themselves. I guess we won't be able to see it ever, but it would be interesting to witness.
would not survive in pro play honestly, and solely due to the fact that he is grim, u make too much of a name for urself and people wont fall for the gimmicks, + Sage is rarely used now in modern comps
Dawg how you gunna be so sad with your own life that your mad when someone is good at an uncommon agent? Gets killed by someone better then you “This guys fucking terrible”
It’s the ego with these fools thinking he’s only just the content guy so he must not be good than they’re put in a blender and uploaded to RU-vid not good for their ego’s but their dumbass making it worst by reacting like crybabies 😂
This is once again proof that valorant’s community is just crybabies. Grim found a different way of playing the game. It is not even an unfair advantage, he uses the most basic agent. Take Rocket League for example: nobody talks smack about musty because he found a mechanic in the game called “musty flick”. Grim just spent hours mastering a specific agent in a game, so what? Would spending time scrolling tiktoks be a better occupation than one mastering his craft?
amigo jugas valorant, cualquier queja que tengas sobre valorant no vale solo los que no jugaron valorant critican valorant y sus apartados tanto su comunidad y sus strimer
You gotta love being called bad at the game when you kill someone, like using that logic, if im bad and manage to kill you and have better kda and better score at the end of the game... its like you are admiting you have lost vs someone ho is worst than you? so where does that put you? Its easier to admit that you've lost vs someone ho is better than you, so instead of crying you can learn from those games and win next ones.
He is hated because he is bad (compared to most radiants) and clips people with 1 move. I used to love watching him but hes toxic and most of the time bottom frags
Knowledge of the game is one of the most important things in becoming a pro in any game. It can be equal to inhuman aim and reaction time. Pretty dumb to spit insults on him.
The reason people hate him is because he takes a very simple ability and doesnt bring any skill expression to the game. Its a simple cheese tactic that anyone can pull off.
as annoying as it is... it works lol but ngl, thanks to him i have bad sages who waste their wall trying to copy him and makes us lose our round. That's my only problem no healing, no res. Only grim walling
this is good for ranked only(and up to a certain point), this in a consistent comp environment would be done in by the half but that's not to say he doesn't have great aim
