That Feng Teng didn't even try to push her away..he let her kiss him.he even wiped away her tears intimately and hugged her intimately....then didn't even bother chasing after Shan Shan when she first went to leave.. he just stands there, giving the impression he really doesn't care less about the FL's feelings at all......what a guy 😕 He's definitely a red flag...keep away from someone like that....

This scene was done beautifully. It leaves you so broken for her because she has so much trust in him and throughout the entire drama he claimed he was so in love with her.
Here's the thing: He knew the other woman not only had feelings for him, but had intentionally tried to sabotage their relationship before and he kept the close relationship with her and let her stay in his family home. When she leaned in slowly from the kiss he didn't pull away. When she kissed him, he didn't *push* her away. When they were found by the woman he supposedly loves, the other woman ran after her to explain first and while she explained her two-faced nature he stood back like a statue and did nothing. Then the FL finds out that *everyone* knew the woman had feelings for him and didn't tell her so she could be wary of her intentions which would have been fair since the other woman was duplicitous from the start but playing the innocent. So *why* should she trust any of them again? They have shown how easily they can lie to her to cover for the other woman and to keep her in the dark so she didn't ask uncomfortable questions, so why would she trust anything they said now when she knows they'll keep her in the dark and say it's to protect *her* ? And he knew and other than scolding her like *once* he did nothing because they're childhood friends and she's got a position in his company. I'd hate to see what would have happened to her if the roles were reversed. Then again she's the 'Cinderella' so she's supposed to be pure and kind and oblivious, if she was half as duplicitous as the ML *she'd* be the scheming woman. Great double standard you have going on there 🙄

You're absolutely correct. He knows it from the start and yet indulge the woman to even stay in their house. Girlfriend is yhe last to know by using an excuse thst they don't wanna hurt her. It's better to be honest on what's goin' on rather than her actually see it. He did not dodge when he was kissed and when the girlfriend saw it definitely she will be hurt. On top of that, knoeing that everyon knows and she's the one left in dark is like throwing a bomb infront of her.

I know the actors have some say in most scenes, which makes him look too touchy, feely, so I think this is his own idea, which I don't like.

He spent more time being considerate of the Li Shu and her feelings. He should've acknowledged and made clear how he felt about her years ago. And to just stand there and allow her to kiss him then say nothing when Shan Shan is crying her heart out, yeah BF of the year he's not. Shan Shan would not have been able to do the same, he would never have understood the motive because it would've been wrong in his eyes so why would he expect her to just shake the moment off. He knows she's young and inexperienced, he should never have let Li Shu be around Shan Shan, especially knowing what he knew and that she was jealous and trying to sabotage Shan Shan. When you don't reciprocate how someone might feel towards you it's best to just rip off the bandage, be honest and tell them the truth. His hoping for Li Shu to get over him clearly had not worked and he knew it, she'd had years to let go of her crush and still hadn't. In the face of that Feng Teng should've had the tough convo with her. YES she would've been hurt but she refused to understand he only saw her as a sister, dropping hints to her wasn't effective. He was a so called smart person but so damn stupid when it came to love and who he should've prioritized and who's feelings he should've protected. He should not have allowed that to happen. Ge always knew how LiShu felt about him but bever addressed. When she pulled tricks on Shan Shan, he let it slide and didn't protect her. So when this happened, I was pissed. Throughout Shan Shan thought LiShu was a friend. She wasn't able to protect herself from the stuff Lishu did against her. For me Feng Teng had his priorities wrong. This didn't need to happen, and him not really explaining to her was ridiculous. The fact they all knew and she didn't further hurt her. How is she to be a partner in the relationship when he treats her like a child?

Li Shu is such a narcissist. The way the guys pander to her shows how easily manipulated they are! This scene demonstrates how honest Shan Shan is as compared to the rest of the group who thought that they were being noble in keeping the truth from her. They are not as genuine or mature as Shan Shan is. Shows how cultivation really is a shallow effort! Li Shu attempted to emulate the Feng family but ended up a phony.

This was my first Zhang Han drama and I loved it. Made me a fan and started watching all his dramas. This scene was truly heart breaking for the female lead.

Даже в этой сцене, когда героиня увидела поцелуй, то испугалась соперница , а у него полное спокойствие на лице. И не она должна была побежать за героиней и обьяснять, а он . This drama was good up to the point where Shan Shan forgives him almost right away. I wonder how would he react if he saw Shan Shan kissing another guy. This is what I hoped would of happened so he could feel the pain in his heart (if he really loves her which I don't believe after that kiss and all the other things his mistress did to break them up). I usually watch dramas over and over again and also recommend but not this one Shan Shan too naive almost to the point of stupid. 😢😢😢

Zhang Han is the actor who plays a stiff, emotionless role in every drama. Its like watching paint dry and less interesting. I pass on his dramas. He ruins great story lines because he can only 'act' one way. I can see alot of other actors who could replace him and you'd never miss him . He's as attractive as a door.
He saw that kiss coming a mile away and yet he stood there and let it happen. I don’t care if it was a pity kiss but he has a girlfriend and it shouldn’t have happened. He could have turned his cheek or stepped back altogether. Instead he cared more about not hurting Li Shu’s feelings than he did in breaking Shan Shan’s heart. Priorities - you can’t make everyone happy by doing nothing and lying. When she asked what she meant to him he didn’t say anything , when he followed her outside he was still silent . that was his chance to tell her he loves her, to apologize and explain everything. But he said nothing. So sad that she thought she was a part of this family but they made her feel like she didn’t matter. It was a like a slap in the face. Feng Teng says he loves her, but he didn’t care about her pride or dignity by hiding this.
As we all know this is a drama and not real life, because shit like that would not fly. If it was reverse, he'd dump her asap no if or what about it. I saw this drama a long time ago and ML had one face throughout the show mostly. Shan Shan character was easy enough to understand, as she had lived a life of a carefree child as I did. It doesn't prepare you for the real world where almost everyone has a knife ready to stab you to better themselves, when need be, in whatever situation. After I watched You are my Glory, which I love beyond any other in the genre. I realize there aren't many dramas without someone's ex or "friend" taking up much of the show and making up craziness and that's sad.
Hola He visto varios dramas donde el protagonista es Zhang Han y me gusta su actuación , pero en el drama Boss and Me que me gustó mucho quiero hacerle una observación . Al director o al escritor del drama y es que en este drama en particular se le dio demasiada atención a la coprotagonista y para mí como que le quitó brillo a la protagonista. Esa es mi humilde observación. Pero tengo que decir que el drama quedó muy bien. La actuación de Zhang Han me encanta, las escenas de amor muy bonitas.La protagonista sencilla pero hermosa. Acá en Colombia pasaron el drama Princess Agents en el canal Señal Colombia, donde ella es la protagonista , aunque no lo pude ver en su momento, es un drama que está en mi lista de pendientes. Sólo he podido ver de ella Best Get Going por acá en RU-vid.
Com todo respeito a atriz que interpretou a co - protagonista ela pode ter aparecido em cena mais vezes que a prota mas sinceramente não dá pra entender o por quê disso pois pelo enredo não se justifica isso.
