@@vivianholliday4338 So YOU know who the lady concerned is do you? Of course she's not judging, neither has she given the adress or name of the lady concerned. When YOU stop judging and do what SHE does- actual, PRACTICAL help, then you can comment on her methodology. Meanwhile, you've tapped out a few negative words on a keyboard but SHE has transformed that poor ladies apartment into a clean and safe home!
People who have never had depression; do not understand what it can do to a person. You feel like you weigh 5,000 pounds and you have no energy whatsoever. You try to psych yourself up to wanting to be normal. It doesn’t work. What you do dear lady is heroic. Thank you for doing that. ♥️
@@vivianholliday4338 What I know is that depression hurts. What tf is your problem? My weight is irrelevant to my depression and I think you are just the type person who would laugh at someone who has depression. You just proved it.
I totally understand this, it’s so terrible how the environment you live im can actually kinda reflect your mental sate at the moment, seeing this house broke my heart
@@vivianholliday4338 Mental health takes a toll on physical health and vice versa. If you have poor mental health you likely won’t do well at chores, especially with depression, ADHD, and Autism
@@vivianholliday4338that’s what causes this to happen. why wouldn’t she talk about it?? she’s just explaining why this happened and happens. and it lets people know to have empathy for struggling people. ALSO SHES A PSYCHOLOGIST. it’s literally her job to point out the obvious correlation 😢🤦♀️
@_rouella.kamuii_ it's about her lying about not getting payed 😒 she does, people was throwing trash in that house,no 1 has been living there for months.
I've been sick for the last 24 hours and have relied on friends to walk my dogs and bring me medicine, and maybe that has put me in a vulnerable state of mind, but I just discovered your videos and am blown away by your compassion and kindness. You're a beautiful human.
A point that I've made a couple other places on your channel, I am younger-ish but I've recently decided to try to get help cleaning my home. I mostly need help with tidying things. I generally maintain things like the washing dishes, cleaning the toilets, bigger tasks. My physical health is very limiting as to what I can do. After finally finding a person to come in and assist me, I felt so judged and looked on as if I was being lazy to be my age and ask for help. I don't know if people realize how humbling it is to need help and how stressful it is to ask for help. Thank you for helping these people without judging them.
If I came to help you with the tasks, I'd never judge you. The shame or fear of it is exactly how these situations can escalate to this extent. Good for you for seeking help and if they treat you judgmentally, hire someone else who has compassion, which we all deserve. ❤
I've seen several of your shorts pop up recently and I just gotta say, thank you for doing the work that ya do and for being such a kind and compassionate person, the world needs more folks like you.
I wish my best friend of 50 years had realized this about me. It wasn't anywhere near this bad but I wasn't able to keep up with things because of my health and I was very depressed she had allowed. Me to live there for free which I was thankful for but I couldn't keep up with her standard of cleaning. And so I was moving so I could be closer to my son and the day I moved out. She sent me a text message and said that I don't think she said destroyed. I don't know what but how disrespectful I was for the apartment and they had changed the locks on my house and her house that would never. Be allowed on her property or it would be considered criminally trust passing. I had told her that I was going to return to get the rest of my things and clean but it didn't matter and then here you are a complete. Stranger to these people and you have so much compassion I thank you for that
That mustve been so difficult to deal with, you guys were friends for so long! I'm so sad to read this. She didnt have to react like that w changing the locks and such! And yes, I feel for you, I understand how humbling it is just to get enough mojo to even ASK for help! But then the people that came were judging?!? Some people truly do not have care, concern or compassion!
Honestly it is probably mostly her husband he is a manipulative narcissistic monster. It's true and she has been brain washed. But there's a time when you just realize. You're not gonna be able to change things But it really did break my heart.
You are changing lives and I am so in awe of you. I think God helped her see you are trustworthy and I am so thankful you are helping her. My heart is breaking for this woman ❤❤
Care more about a living animal than a building. I feel sorry for the owner and the cat, and I also feel like the owner is an irresponsible pet keeper. If you can't even get them a litter tray, you should rehome them. @@Ihave2000kidsinmybasement
That’s so amazing of you! I don’t think enough ppl think about what life might be like for them .. if they’re lucky enough to get to a certain age.. Thank God for ppl like you!! 🙏🙏
What makes me the most upset is when people have animals living in these conditions. Especially because I know my animals are a reason for me to fight my depression and get out of bed each and every day. So I’m sure the animals are loved and needed for the emotional support. But the humans and animals in this household deserve so much better. So 🤞🏼 this cleaning puts them on the path to healing.
i’ve seen your videos for a year or so now, and I was initially just impressed with your kindness and your strength to take on this monumental cleanings. Now, I’ve been working as a Crime Scene Tech for 4 months and have seen an unfortunate number of people who have passed in their hoards only to be found days later. My heart breaks for them, and I am reminded of just how amazing and necessary your work is to these people, you are able to give them a space to be safe and feel comfortable which is likely a major aspect of them being able to live longer and healthier lives.
@@coppersense999 from my limited knowledge of crime-scene cleanup- they are almost always private companies/ervuces with civilian employees. our crime scene doesn’t make the call to them, but for suicides/homicides/etc. our PD’s victim services team will call a local crew who clean up the scene- often it’s at the expense of the family or the city if it’s a police-involved incident etc. but as far as i know it’s civilian employees and all that
Thank you so Much for doing these! My mom is bipolar and one time during a depression her house got very bad. I was able to help her get out of the cycle, I often worry what would happen if I weren’t here. I know this is what it would look like. I hope you’re at least making money with the videos! Way to go!
God bless you. There are so few who would do what you do. I think of all the older people living like this and have family that don’t care enough to help them. So sad.
Thank you. I see this all the time in my community when doing social work. The service you are providing goes way beyond the individual. You are a blessing to the community and beyond. ❤
I haven't words enough to describe the kindness that's in you. May God bless you in ways that far exceed the blessings you've bestowed on others. Thank you!!!
I see your wings peeking through women! Thank you for your kindness, showing through as well, and giving them the dignity that they deserve. Lots of love from ALASKA. 💕
I wish someone would rescue the cat from that hell. If she had a child living with her like that it would be taken away. But an animal suffering in those living conditions is fine. It's NOT!!!
The cat doesn't need to be rescued as long as the place is clean and the litter back stays clean. She should mention you can get a self cleaning litter box which makes cleaning a snap. You can get a litter made from Menards for 80 bucks that's what I did and it made my life so much more wonderful. Please don't rehome the cat cuz that's very traumatic to both the owner and the cat and the cat doesn't really understand why it got rehomed
@@jmdenison No the cat doesn't have quality of life in a disgusting home like that just like a human wouldn't. It wouldn't be happy. If that person can't take care of themselves they most definitely can't take care of an animal. It would be the best for the cat to get a new family. Unfortunately the apartment will most likely get to that state again if the owner doesn't hire a regular cleaner or if they don't get mental help.
@@jmdenison People are ment to judge situations. It's a requirement of survival. It will be fine ONLY if she hires a maintenance cleaner on a regular bases and or if she gets mental help and doesn't repeat this behavior. It's never wrong to judge a situation. Especially one that has or will harm a living creature.
@@jmdenison How is it judgmental to acknowledge animal abuse/neglect? The cat had no litter box! Considering the state of the place it's food and water would have been contaminated. If someone is in such a bad state their house can get like that then the cat probably isn't going to the vet for shots either. It would almost certainly have parasites of some kind. Maybe the person deeply loves the animal. It doesn't change that it's cruel for a cat to live that way.
With tears in my eyes, this is a "Hoarding Buried Alive" episode. How on God's green earth you can do 6 hours of this, is so far beyond me, but you have inspired me on such a deep level to take care of my own cleanup for my own move. I'm not a hoarder like this, I do have some hoarding issues. I'm just beside myself, I think you might be the human of the year and you should be on the cover of Time Magazine. I feel like you have helped me on a very deep level and when clean now I think about what you do for free for other people. THANK YOU. GOD BLESS YOU. I seriously prophesy that so much good is going to come to you from what you're doing. The fact that you do this without help and for no money is by far the most selfless thing I have seen in a long time. After 37 months of thinking humans were just awful ever since the beginning of the pandemic I must say, you have restored some faith in humanity. The cat is living in unfair conditions, so the owner needs to be made aware that while there is a great deal of trust and you're not looking to get anyone in trouble, from a humane perspective she cannot let this happen again. Ironically, the inside of her toilet did not look half as bad as I expected.
Thanks for helping her. I hope it has brought her joy. Yes, that's big trust...I am proud of you for asking dear lady who lives there. I hope you also ask for help for the necessities you and your dear cat need. God bless you.
I work in a massive retirement community, 28 acres homes in up to memory care and skilled assistance. Any time a resident is downsizing and needs help taking out recycle or throw away, I stop, listen, and help as much as I can in the process. Its so hard and I try to lighten the load. I wish schools taught compassion communication. You are a rare gem!
My home is bad. (Not this bad) I need help. About 80% of my stuff needs to be thrown out, but my fear is that if I have someone help, they won't care and will throw away the few belongings that I should be able to keep. Ive seen elderly and disabled people cry as their belongings are thrown away with no regard to family photos or heirlooms. We need help and care not scolding and punishment.
From someone that struggles with mental health, thank you for being a savior for so many people. They need you more than you could ever imagine, and you do it all the right way. Thank you again. You’re such a beautiful human. 💜 I’d love to do the same for others in my area. Maybe one day.
