Seriously you skipped Atx eqliipmente ???? Atx incredibile Number of equipement of all type and new product innovative!! Great quality in home Gym equpment in the world!!!!
Thanks for taking the time putting all of this together. I enjoy your non biased assessments of the products. Adrian looked like a little kid in a candy store.
Great video! We've had our SwingSesh for about 3 months now. It's a must for anyone with a family. I tell everyone it is the ultimate productivity hack. Family, lifting and playtime with the kids all at the same time! Best way to lead by example for the kids...your heart melts when you see the kids ripping situps and dips playing on their own on the SwingSesh. Great company too, Naomi & Brad are amazing and so helpful as we were planning our space.
Glad you guys were able to showcase all the innovation from other companies too! Big names deserve their credit but sometimes other brands may suit your needs better 👍🏼
It was awesome to see you guys come this year. Sorry I was busy working the event and we never found time to catch up. See ya next year! Maybe you’ll jump in on the log or deadlift party.
Wish both would've spared some time from working to catch up but I guess it's not our style. You ran an awesome event but Wynie would've killed me if I tried to do anything else 😂
I'm glad I got to say hi to you two at Home Gym Con and hope we can have more of a conversation next year! You definitely capture the energy of the event. I also felt like a kid in a candy store. Did Rep win the award for most Wynie approved bench?
Yeah that was pretty cringe of Adrian and Wynie to just insert themselves like that. In the words of our lord and savior, Joey Swoll, you need to do better 🤦♂️
Bald guy here. I was actually telling Dave as they walked up, “I absolutely 100% do not want to be on camera” and then I grabbed my backpack because I went full Ricky Bobby and had no idea what to do with my hands. All good, Gluck makes solid videos I’ve watched a bunch before making buying decisions.
We really tried our best not to displace people at the event. I'm pretty disappointed some people are seeing it that way. We talked to Darko some before and had planned to film the booth. Not sure we could've done it much differently. There's a lot going on behind the scenes that people don't realize.
@@GlucksGym It’s all good, I didn’t actually have an issue and had been harassing Dave for like 30 minutes at that point so I’m sure he was happy for a change of scenery.
Absoletely love that it seems every brand is trying to get cables into home gyms, this was the thing I wanted to see most for 2024 was more cable stuff.
My kids are going to college, but I would have totally gotten that swing sesh thing for them (and me) to play on. All we had was a regular wood playhouse thing.
the dialed motion foot plate and leg rollers is a really good idea. That's what all of these companies should do instead of having the low row on the floor that does not have a height adjustable foot plate or height adjustable pulley
You guys gotta review the Vesta rack, been highly interested in it for a while! Although, I think you can get the same exact thing from Habor Heavyweights in their HH80 V2 and it's often on sale for less. But honestly, y'all need to review the MAXUM Fitness SX2, seems like the best all-in-one on the market especially given the price and value with how much it includes, haven't seen anything else quite like it. Too bad they weren't at Home Gym Con because their stuff seems like some of the best out right now and they aren't getting much coverage.
I asked one of the Rogue guys at Home Gym Com about the dual triggers on the trolleys. He said they are there solely as a safety mechanism. They tested using a single trigger, but if a user were to accidentally release the trolley in that configuration, the trolley would rapidly fall all the way to the bottom of the upright. He said with the two trigger design, it prevents that from happening. I thought the same thing as you initially though, that it had something to do with Monster Lite compatibility. Thanks for the great video!
My basement gym ceiling is about 85" high, so pretty much no power rack in the video is going to fit. I have a Titan rack that fits, though! Nice job going through the show floor and showing us some new stuffs.
OMG, I won the shorty bench at the GCC two years ago... The best bench I ever used (I include every commercial benchs I've tried, even atlantis in there). Not perfect, but close. Use it every single day. I just found out why they put the little lip at the front on the curl attachment... jeez.
I have some ATX-stuff in my Homegym. It's mostly branded off-the-shelf stuff from China. It's ok to use, but not comparable to REP with all its innovation and creativeness. I'm going to sell my ATX-stuff as soon as REP is available in Europe.
@@Pler1978 lol have you ever used the slinger or their giant functional trainer in person? it's not good at all and poorly designed. They have just released some new stuff that looks interesting but have zero track record of good cables/pulley options. I have the Rogue rhino and that is a quality piece. But REP makes a ton of quality stuff, as I own both.
Gluck would you please review the Vesta SM 1001 Smith Machine? There website is very vague about details regarding this product and I want to know if it's worth investing in. Love your content and I appreciate your dedication. Thank you.
Thank you both so much for taking us there and showing all the booths. I may have an addiction though since I knew about all the items shown already lol. I would like more info on the low row foot plate and leg rollers from dialed motion. Was the one you used a 5/8 model? How did the reppins compare feel wise to powerblocks? Great video!
Disagree with the Vesta smoothness. Tried that same unit out at HGC and it was definitely one of the worst in terms of smoothness for the functional trainer pulleys. Could be they just needed to lube the guide rods, but it was noticeable. REP, Rogue and ATX pieces were a tier above smoothness wise.
Interesting. Didn't have any issues at Vesta and we filmed there over 2 days. I did have issues at one of the booths you mentioned. Probably a lot of factors at a show like this as stuff can get pretty beat up as it goes from show to show. It's why we only dry first impressions.
That low row pulley on the rogue is not high enough. I have rogue monster rack now - if that doesn’t get adjusted I’ll probably sell it and go Rep simply because of that one major oversight.
Amazing guys! It would be great to review Maxum SX2! I think it’s revolutionary for flys and lat. In a small square foot print rack, kind of like the Vesta.
I was wondering if you have any experience with mikolo fitness equipment. Its definitely budget equipment but a 3x3 12 gauge rack for the price they are offering is pretty good
1:40 do you think it’d fit Titan x-3 with 5/8 holes I have it as a six post with weight storage in back and would end up selling the plate loaded later pull/low row attachment and bells single crossmember fly that’s adjustable up and down with two swivel cables I have bolted to side, that is if it’s in my budget
I would love to see you making small videos of all the brands instead of maybe 2 big ones with all of them. My hopes is that the videos will feel less rushed. And hey more video uploads for you 🙂
We can try that but each video would take much more time and we'd be forced to cover a smaller amount of companies. It's probably something we'll do in the future but you'd see probably 4 or 5 booths instead of the 2 dozen or so we're showing. Luckily that's what most others did so you can hopefully find a few more in depth ones from other creators.
@@GlucksGym okay less brands would suck. It just looks like you want to use more time at all the booths 🙂 or you could go wild and split up with a camera each 😁
I have 3 under 3, boys also. Born in 21,22,23! Surprised you can lift anything after they come at you with both knees like daggers right into the gut and crack the ribs with all their might. Good luck my man and god bless your family. I will pray for your wife to have a safe pregnancy! Also when I upgrade my bench I’ll use your links. I want top of the line from rep or the rogue manta ray. I want to see where they go with attachments and I’ll pull the trigger in the future. Maybe in time for paying for diapers haha!
@@GlucksGym can't wait for it. In Germany we dont have anything like the Home Gym Con. The american market is very impressive. I hope atx did a good job to represent us.
I'll always take a good dedicated standalone over an all in one style system. If you've got the space they're superior. With the FM-6 vs Ares 2.0 I'd like to see Rogue's twin stack first since that's a fairer comparison. If you want a Rhino too though Rogue becomes very tempting.
Yes but after about 18 hours of filming we weren't able to film them. We did talk to them off camera and they were very excited about us reviewing their stuff.
@@GlucksGym nice, would love to see what you think about that trainer. I’m thinking of buying the c10 but also considering the Ares 2.0 from rep. I think the decision will come down to if people in the know, like yourself, like the new bench and hack squat/leg press feature.
1:18 For the Rogue FM Add On, I only see it available for the 1'' Hardware, not the Lite 5/8''. Am I overlooking an option somewhere? Would love to add this to my RML 490C.
I would have been surprised if they were. With that said, the general setup seems ideal. Could just be my preference, but unless something drastic changes, I can't imagine buying a premium bench that doesn't have ladder adjustments and a top mounted leg roller.
