Glad I’m not the only one thinking it!! I would literally hold my pci inside the entire game against him. He never throws any offspeed back door pitches at all. It’s literally a cuter/sinker/ or 4SM inside every pitch

It’s really tough against top players, anything that is away is easy for them to time up, throwing pitches in while mixing up offspeed/hard can mess up the timing and their eye a bit. The Show doesn’t completely work like real life against good hitters unfortunately

Let me preface this comment by saying im not overly good at the game so feel free to ignore any advice from me, but you would possibly be a better pitcher if you keep switching up your pitch sequence. Change eye levels. Go in and out more. Change pitch speeds. Throw pitches that play into the strength of that pitch.

as long as your release gets from exactly point A to exactly point B, it doesn't matter what you do in the middle. letting it rest in the middle of the release makes it easier to reach point B as you only have to move your stick halfway
