I randomly stumbled on this video. I called my GP because I feel so fatigued because of "Long Covid"(I don't like the name, btw). He told me that he will refer me to a Long Covid clinic, "to be offered psychotherapy". I asked "what does psychotherapy has to do with Fatigue?" He said "oh, you need to learn how to live with it; you know, pacing, etc" I told myself "did guy is an idiot!" These people are paid £100k+ a year, and the only thing they're good at is prescribing(i.e. selling) toxic chemicals. It gets worse. 5 weeks later and still haven't heard from anyone. I called again and he told me "sorry, I haven't referred you yet, I'm not familiar with the procedure...blah blah". Overpaid, non caring idiots.

We are releasing a video very soon. But we already have two videos long form on this topic. Wish more professionals knew about this and that in CFS GET & CBT may be harmful. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kaTCExuc1Ps.html

Here is the latest video, where we unravel the complex connection between dopamine, endothelial dysfunction, cerebral blood flow, and the autonomic nervous system, shedding light on how these seemingly unrelated elements interact to influence these debilitating conditions. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dIspvIMws2U.html

Thankyou. Your care and attention to this topic us so much appreciated. I have heard about the link with ADHD, and was diagnosed with this by a psychiatrist recently. Would be interested in learning more about this and its connection with chronic fatigue syndromes.

I try to exercise and the repercussions are debilitating.

PEM can be debilitating . Usually a buffer is needed ( treatment of sleep, addressing fatigue etc ) before one can get into regular exercise. Many can enter a cycle of recovery - crash - burn - prolonged recovery and the cycle starts again. Hope you can discuss this with a medical professional and address it.

The real issue is that doctors just don’t care and can’t be bothered.

Ive been dealing with this for 5 years VA doctors can't/won't help. I can't convert vitamin D so if i miss it 1 day by tomorrow ill have major depression and 9/10 hip/shoulder pain and temperature dysregulation. I have many many more symptoms like when I eat carbs I get very overwhelming muscle weakness feeling in whole body.

Sorry to hear. Usually multiple specialists are needed to put heads together. Fragmented healthcare affects patients with conditions like CFS

I'm at the point I can no longer work and I'm only 38. When I was working within an hour I'd sweat out all the water in my body then start vomiting then body aches and joint pain and zero energy. All I do now is lay on my couch because if I do anything physical it starts with my ears acting like they're full of water I think from mucous. I've seen 10 doctors and nobody can help me.
