Just so everyone can appreciate the risk LegalEagle and its law firm is taking here. A law firm, and most businesses, taking a firm stance in politics is always dangerous financially, especially given how divisive the nation is right now. There are many people who will completely ignore if not down right sabotage others who have different political views. Taking this strong stance , means that there will be many people who could completely steer clear of hiring or retaining Eagles law firm because of this endorsement. LE’s YT channel is likewise taking a risk, but the actual business is taking a far greater risk due to the tight circle of the legal community. This could really hurt the law firms income,or at the very least, heavily restrict which clients will seek to retain it going forward. I just wanted to point that out in a separate comment and say I appreciate LE using its reach and platform to do what needs to be done. Hopefully this will be the last time Trump runs for office, and let his defeat be the beginning of a rekindling of relations between the Left and Right. Even if Trumps defeated, it will mean nothing if this polarization and divisiveness continues. - An anti-Trump Republican.

Biden was able to run on "I'm not Trump" in 2020 and just barely win. Why would this be a surprise that the same plan again is close? If Trump hadn't been a grumpy old man in the debate it would already be over. Harris reversed much of the limited policy she actually affirmatively championed, because the billionaires wanted it. When asked why she changed the policies her answer is effectively "I didn't change my principles." Harris literally insisted "we've been to the border" when asked why shed never been. She asked if NASA can track trees by race. Biden's administration is corrupt and we were told he was running circles around his aides when he is demented. People have actually reasons to vote for Trump. There isn't really a good reason to vote for Harris.

Agreed 100%. Taylor Swift also put herself out there. This is an all-hands-on-deck situation. The election is going to be close, especially since Elon is trying to buy Pennsylvania. People need to have the truth shoved in their face by the creators they follow and wake them up. America is prosperous because people can be their best selves, and feel safe to invest in our markets. We can't afford to have Trump target our prosperous blue cities and rob our country with Elon's help. We can't afford to have Trump given a megaphone again and corrupt the hearts of this country.

To be clear: it's important to research as many points on your ballot you can, and vote what you feel best. If you are not comfortable making a certain decision on a ballot, leaving it blank is acceptable and the remaining items you voted on will still be counted.

I live in PBC(Where his golf club is)...there are Trump supporters on the overpass off 95 every Thursday. The numbers have dwindled but they still show up. There are 4 billboards in the area showing support for him, 0 for our current VP. The old rich money still lives here and I see more Trump flags/signs vs Kamala stuff even in the retirement community im in.

I don't want it for my house, maybe you misunderstood. I want the govt to clean up my property, which i pay about 10% taxes toward, like they promised. Do you know what's growing and living in debris from Helene?? But no, our reps have nice clean land and don't think we sharecroppers need any extra help picking up the wet trash and limbs on the side of the street that's been sitting there for a month. You have no idea if this is how you're talking Edit: to be clear, everyone has put all their debris on the side of the road for pick up. Communities have their whole households on the side of the road: couch, beds, wooden firniture and tons of small stuff just festering in the heat for weeks. Creators are dissuaded from getting political because 99% of people don't care about any other opinion, so their statements almost always sound ignorant to 50% of the population and they lose viewers. I have to live with my dad who is an avid Trump supporter. He raised me to be a Jehovah's Witness and didn't want me to leave the faith despite him being a politically active Republican. He's avidly bullied me into making financial choices and has kicked me out of the house on the spot for having disagreements with him. He's usually only happy when mom and I are quiet and agreeing with whatever he says. Seing Trump getting elected is like seing this country under the same roof that I've had to be raised under, and I vehemently disagree that should be the case. I'm a son of a Republican and I choose to vote blue on the basis of supporting democracy and for the rights of self determination for everyone. I dont care if it puts my life in danger, I care for the well being of We The People and our neighbors that put up with us.

Right on the nose with the comparison. The US does not need an administration of sycophants sucking up to a madman. Beyond the danger to democracy, there is a non-zero chance that he could escalate existing global tensions and mess things up even worse for decades to come. He's already shown himself to be capable of it. The US considers itself a law enforcement nation, and what happens when law enforcement gets power hungry or decides to serve only its own interests?

I really love how LegalEagle only said proven facts. All of these things can be traced back. No rumours, no ungoing cases. And still it is a twenty minute video. It is scary to listen to this list of crimes and know that so many people want this man to become president of one of the most powerful countries of the world. As a European, we are watching this while being powerless. We can’t vote, but we will get the consequences. It is so strange to know this is going on. And to see a country break itself down, losing healthcare, losing wellbeing and welfare… It is so scary to think about what might be happening and that there is a real possibility it will happen

I'd like to offer some advice to all the U.S. voters in this comments section: for the next two weeks, IGNORE THE POLLS. Unless a polling organization discloses things like their sample size and polling methods, it's difficult (if not outright impossible) to assert a poll is in any way representative of the ultimate election outcome. Remember, in 2012, many polls claimed Obama v. Romney would be neck-and-neck, and it wasn't. In 2016, many polls claimed Clinton was a "safe bet" in several states, and that didn't bear out. Do not let poll results discourage you or lull you into complacency. Instead, do what you need to do to make sure your vote counts. Check, double-check, and triple-check your registration. Make a plan for getting to your polling station. Review your ballot online. Check out your down-ballot measures and candidates, because local politics most immediately affect your day-to-day life. Vote early if that's an option for you. And most of all, keep your head up.

It's also my sincerest hope that some of these polls have Trump ahead because people fear reprisal if they're outed as non-Trump voters (which in itself is a pretty shocking thing to have to consider). So if anyone asks the answer is "Hell yeah brother, all aboard the Trump train!" but when they're alone in that voting booth they make the right choice.

So much this. Everyone keeps saying this election is close, because the polls say so, but I'm not convinced the polls are even remotely accurate. I'm convinced that the American People are done with Trump, and I'm convinced that they're going to turn up at the polls in great numbers to prove it. I just hope I'm right and the polls are wrong.

it's bizarre to me how hard it is to vote in the US. here I have my vote registration that I made when I was 16 together with my ID with my voting station printed on it. so when I need to vote I just walk 5 min on a Sunday (also national holyday), depending on the time I'll be in the queue for maybe 10 min (sometimes there isn't even a queue), and then take less than 2 min to show my ID and voting registration and vote. and voting is mandatory, so most of the nation have to vote, and still everyone does in a single day and we get the results on the same day.

Hear there's something like a wash trade from Polymarket to skew the whole thing, not sure how true that is. But when you see huge changes in trends without some news that would justify it, I get the doubts...

I work as a cashier at a convenience store in a red state, and it is so sad how many people I saw today wearing a “I’m voting for the convicted felon” shirts and hats. Like not only do they acknowledge that he’s a criminal but they seem proud of it? Like…why?

I don't agree with all their policy positions, but it's a question of sanity vs. insanity. I love my country too much to vote for Donald Trump. I'm from China, and I'm baffled that this is somehow still a close race. If you've lived in a dictatorship, you'll know that the nepotism and unpredictable politics far outweigh the benefits any economic policies. Sure you can have a highly functioning dictatorship like China till 2020, but you only need one volatile, narcissistic strongman to undo all the economic and civic progress. I was in the room as an audio engineer when the Republican Governors Association decided between Rudy Giuliani and Donald Trump. Giuliani and Trump were both sat at the same table, all of six feet away from me. The Koch Brothers handed the RGA a $1m check to kick off the campaign. The following year, I was in that room again -- Neither Rudy or Donald were invited this time, and we spent an entire day in that room with the entire RGA (Every elected governor in the USA) yelling and screaming about how keeping Trump was madness. Only Texas and Alabama actually approved of Trump, if memory serves me right. Everyone else wanted him gone. But the consensus was "It's too late, we can't change it now". That evening, everyone in that room was smiling on TV endorsing Donald Trump. As someone who has personally been involved in these back room meetings, I can assure everyone -- Even the hardcore republicans that support him largely want nothing to do with him. But they know he gets votes, and votes means money and power for them. So they stick around. It's pathetic.

You left out a very important point. If he is reelected, he will use that as justification that everything he has done previously is approved by the people. If the people see and know everything he has done, or at least everything we know he has done, and he gets elected anyways then nothing will stop him from doing whatever he wants. Power flows from force, so if you have him trying to stay in without an election or after an impeachment the question becomes whether you think the military and the DoJ (in all its tentacles) will stand by and enforce him being there. I highly doubt they would, at least for the military side he lacks one of the more important virtues to keep that group with you. Loyalty. He tried to start an insurrection on Jan 6th (sent his foot soldiers to battle) and then when they didn't achieve the goal he didn't offer them pardons (which he could have, instead he left them on the field at the enemy's mercy). This is a much bigger deal than you may think if you're never been in, this lack of looking out for you own when you could have hits very deep to me. For the DoJ, they've not be super friendly from the start toward him, so they won't stand up unless he has legal backing to be there. I feel like they only grudgingly followed him at all. I don't think that you have any worry about this personally.

The idea that the election would be cataclysmic has always existed, but it's never been nearly as pervasive as the last few. Obama versus Romney was nothing like this. Obama versus McCain was comparatively gentlemanly. Kerry versus Dubya was nowhere to this level. I do think Dubya v. Gore was a pretty charged time, but my memory of that time still doesn't compare to how truly existential the discussion is for this year's election. There has always been a gentleman's silence between former presidents and prospective candidates--endorsements, sure, but never criticism. Dubya had nothing to say against Obama, Clinton didn't rail against Dubya, HW didn't harp on Clinton after his failed re-election bid. Trump is the only one in my lifetime where former presidents broke that silence to speak out against the actions of Trump. Trump truly justifies the existential and cataclysmic language.

This unfortunately is the type of response that enables Trump to grow bigger and bigger. Every time you call a Trump supporter sexist or racist or misogynist, you are making things worse. The vast majority of people are good. They want to love and make friends. There's a reason as to why they are so deeply disapponted with the current government. There's a reason why they think that the left has gone too far culturally. Then there's the deeply entrenched corruption with politics, that makes people feel like they don't matter. 17:12 that’s the thing that’s the most frustrating in this election cycle. We’ve been given the choice between a moderate Democrat and a full Facist. I am not a registered Democrat. In fact, I was a Republican all the way to until late 2015 when Trump started to gain momentum in the primaries and I realized that I could not look my children in the eye and know that I was part of a party that would potentially nominate a monster. If the Republicans are willing to burn everything down to make sure they stay in power, then they don’t deserve any power at all. I voted third party in 2016, voted Blue in 2020, and I’m voting Blue again in 2024. Our democracy is more important than party lines or basic policy disagreements. Joe Biden, for all his myriad flaws, at least believed in democracy and the rule of law. Harris, for all her flaws, believes in the same. I’ll continue to vote for people with policies that I don’t agree with over a guy who is the most obviously corrupt president in history. I can live with policy differences, but there are too many people whose lives depend on democracy to vote any other way.

I got a report card from the Government today in the mail. Just to call me out for this being the first election I have ever voted in, in my entire lifetime. I've been apolitical for the 24 years I've legally been allowed to vote, only once accidentally registering to vote because I didn't tick the correct box when getting my State ID card. That time I did have the ability to vote, I might have voted for Trump because it was before all of this... whatever you want to call it. I was uneducated. I corrected that. My vote has been cast and now I can have the peace that comes with the knowledge that if I expire from this world now, or in 20+ years, I used my voice when it mattered most, not to protect myself, but to protect everyone else in this country that deserves better than Donald J. Trump.

It’s just an ad to get Millennials / Gen Z to go out and vote. Though the tactic may work for some, I found it to be straight up offensive as I get an F simply because I didn’t vote in the midterms elections in 2018? Sorry, I was too busy with college that voting wasn’t really on my mind at the time and I wasn’t even registered to vote in that particular county. My mom was so furious that she basically shouted out about how it unfairly targeted me as a Gen Z voter, who ironically uses her voice in most elections and the ad sort of made me not wanting to vote.

The real thing we need to change is the voting system. Being able to only choose one candidate naturally ends with only 2 real candidates. Having a ranked ballot where you rank the candidates from something like 1-6 would result in a less polarizing government. Conservative business leaders also tried to subvert democracy during the presidency of FDR in what became known as the business plot. Conspirators included Henry Ford of Ford motors and Prescott Bush, whose son and grandson became future us presidents. Before that, the conservative south fought to subvert human rights and self determination by expanding slavery to the western US states. As someone who once identified with the conservative Christian mainstream and resonated with libertarian ideals, it's become impossible to go back to seeing things since I've realized that those things are just bait for attracting support, people they can use to solidify their own power and control. The elite culture in this country is diseased, even with unprecedented level of power and wealth, they put all of their energy into making sure no one can ever oppose them. They spread fear of a communist revolution or reprisal from African Americans because they see that as the only plausible end to decreasing human subjugation. After all, why empower the people unless it's to their own gain? They can't imagine anyone wanting to reduce human suffering for its own sake. A genuine and disturbing belief I've heard from conservative friends and family was that Obama was going to lead a crusade against white Americans. It's plausible to them, because they see this as a struggle for supremacy, one where no crime is off the table. That's been the beating heart of the conservative policy in our country, one that many have tried to disguise or downplay over our country's life. Trump is the undeniable symptom of the sickness, like a herpes flareup.

US stopping Ukraine support is insane from a strategic perspective and internal the military industrial complex will suffer (as will their workers) if Ukraine is not supported further. In light of modern threats, the US needs to update their systems and degrade enemy capability. Supporting Ukraine is a no-brainer that is all profit. Plus if aid is cut off, I am not convinced Poland will not step in more forcefully. Then things may get real. I suspect the Polish army will roll over Russia. Which makes nukes more likely.

May I ask you something as a not-completely informed European? In 2016, 2020 and the midterms of 2018 republicans tried to limit early voting and T and his cronies worked hard to discredit early voting and to have votes thrown out. Aren't you afraid they will do that again and try to disenfranchise you? To be clear: I ask this because I worry that T will either outright win or use all measures (legal or illegal) to come out on top. Another 4 years of T would not only be bad for you guys in the USA, but also for the stability and economy of the rest of the world. So I worry a lot about these elections.

But the mistake that lead to every atrocity in the 1940s was people putting their trust in someone advocating for hate and dictatorship. After they received this power, there was no longer anything to stop them.

I'm a man from Texas working a very blue-collar job full of Trump voters, and I'm voting for Harris. I have a mom, a sister, 2 nieces, and a few friends who are women (cis and trans). Their rights depend on Harris winning. Edit to add: You said to vote, it could be your last. That isn't an exaggeration. Trump literally told his supporters "If I win, you're not gonna have to vote anymore"
