You are totally right this game is awesome to play with zero mods!

Really enjoying this! Will this city end up a sprawling one, like La, Salt Lake City, or Denver, or will it be a county build? Interested to know.

I just hope devs would work on the terrain modifications,, I would be more amazed if they would add choices of the exposed cliff compositions without using decals

It's like you say at 17:26 there are so many simple, basic things that we simply cannot do in this game yet. Feels a bit lazy and rushed from the devs tbh. I know these things will be available through mods but they shouldn't have to be mods imo.

Port looks awesome but why make it industry when you also could do it downtown kinda style and tourism

The only issue i have with this game is the graphics and simulation performacne. Evberything else peopl ecomplain about is simply not knowing the game mechanics :)
