I had my chart done by a professional vedic astrologer and Saturn in Libra was calculated as my most important planet at 100%. Venus in Libra was only calculated at 37% prominence. This seems to contradict what you are saying in this video. I'm not sure which is correct now.

Haha Nop.... Own house? This is not right purely buddy. As you exactly said.. Ok own house or moola trikona. Even in own and moola trikona rashi that planet is too depend upon other factors.. Eg.it will take the traits of Nakshtra in which own sign or moola trikona sign planet is placed in... But what if it is not placed in own Nakshtra of friends Nakshtra. There is always many flaws even planets is in exalted moola trikona own or friends house.... The situation never be favorable for a planet always..... That's true.... But yup percentage matter karti hai
