This backyard makeover was one of our most luxurious and modern projects we have ever built! The property sits right on the riverfront so we wanted to maximize the view from the patio, deck, and from the house. We built a two tiered deck off the house that leads down to a beautiful custom paver patio. The level of detail in the decking and the paver patio is one of our most involved and intricate yet. These are truly a sight to behold... very stunning work my friend. I really dig the pattern on the deck and how that flows so well into the pavers with that same consistent pattern, it's one thing to have a new deck that is functional but the design of this is just so so good. The lights in the steps make it a day or night deck and the grill having it's own space built into the deck make it where you don't have tons of stuff covering the entire surface of the deck. Beautiful work indeed.

It's a great upgrade for a patio/entertainment area and a fantastic design. But, I would never have chased out such a large piece of stone from the one front upright stone column. I query the integrity and stability of this column for the other architectural support it provides, now. And wonder if it was at all nescessary? Just an obversation

American style and techniques of building are so very sloppy and make it so everything lasts only a couple of years... for example, those pavements will start moving side to side after a year and hundreds of weeds will poke through the brick because there is no tarp under it.

Great time lapse videos for all Premier Outdoor Living projects. Many of the decks in these videos omit the need for handrails on deck stairs. Permit or HOA requirements or not, I would still want a handrail to grab onto when climbing or stepping down from decks built above grade such as these.
